“Lourdes and her team are excellent. They aery flexible on pick up days and times with my hectic travel schedule. I have done mostly ironing service with them but have tried dry cleaning in the past as well with great results but not sure if they still do that part. Prices are bit higher than other places but I get what I pay for here with no issues ever, and always a quality result.”

Having moved around quite a bit in search of both safety and reasonable prices, I can confidently say this one hits the mark. One of my biggest frustrations with other laundromats has been the lack of reliable hot water, which is essential for getting clothes truly clean. But this place? Hot water every single time! It makes such a difference.
The safety aspect is also a huge plus for me. As a college student, the fact that they require ID to use the bathroom actually makes me feel more secure. It might seem like a small thing, but knowing that there's a system in place, especially since I'm prone to fainting sometimes, offers real peace of mind. If I were to take longer than usual, I know someone would be aware.?
Beyond the practicalities, the overall environment is just pleasant. And I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to the lady who cleans at night. She is an absolute sweetheart and such a great conversationalist! It makes doing laundry feel less like a chore and more like a little social interaction.
So, if you're looking for a laundromat in El Paso that offers reliable hot water, a safe and well-maintained environment, and maybe even a friendly chat. This place truly works wonders! I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try. This are the kind of places that make me love El Paso!”

She taught me how to load and use not only my supreme card, but also what machines would best service my huge comforter that I wanted to wash and dry. I had no idea of how to utilize the machines or my card. Ms. Veronica is truly an expert and true professional in her job performance as well an amazing customer service personnel...very nice, friendly and down to earth person. She is definitely very knowledgeable in all aspects of the laundry facility. Hopefully this young lady will be acknowledged or commended in some way by her superiors. Highly recommend this location as long as they have "GREAT" people working there like Ms. Veronica Camacho.”

“This laundromat has a very nice layout, always clean, always smells amazing like most laundromats do.
Even when the place is fully packed out I’ve been able to find a couple washers and dryers. Detergent, downy and dryer sheets are expensive so I recommend bringing your own, but it makes sense because of the convenience. And there’s always empty carts to use around the laundromat after people leave it there.
A lot of people stay at the laundromat while there clothes are washing, and there’s honestly not enough seating for it, but it’s safe enough to where you can probably just sit in your car.
We’ve never tried dry cleaning or any other services, but I’d imagine they do a good job on stuff like that.”

“@jaqueline m salas, the point of going to the supreme laundry is to do your laundry not to be nosy and thinking you need everyone to acknowledge and cater to your needs. If it bothers you that much buy your own washer and dryer and you don’t have to be bothered by other people.
I go there and the employees have all been respectful and helpful when I have questions regarding the machines or any assistance I may need.”
“Came here tonight to wash all of my travel clothes. The place was clean, had enough machines for everyone, and extra laundry products if you needed anything. There also was a change dispenser, and an ATM at a nearby Circle K just in case. The guy working there was super nice and even had a popcorn machine. “My washer machine is presently not working, and a technician is supposed to come tomorrow, Monday, 05 August 2024, to repair it. However, my children return to school tomorrow and need their clothes washed and dried in preparation. I hadn't been to a laundromat in a long time, so I didn't know what to expect.
I recently visited Sonny's Laundromat today Sunday, 04 August 2024, and had an excellent experience. The facility was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The machines are modern, efficient, and easy to use, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
The staff representative, Mike, was friendly and available to answer any questions. I was particularly impressed by the various machine sizes, accommodating everything from small loads to large bedding items. There were plenty of folding tables, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, allowing me to stay entertained while waiting.
Sonny's Laundromat provides a top-notch laundry experience with excellent machines and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable and pleasant place to do their laundry.

“I am in complete disbelief with how great of a cleaning was done on my white couches today. Having my couches look this clean again, is such a refresher. Ramses was very detail oriented and took his time. Great customer service also!! He did such an amazing job. Only steam cleaning company I will continue to hire, super reliable and punctual.
