“I am in complete disbelief with how great of a cleaning was done on my white couches today. Having my couches look this clean again, is such a refresher. Ramses was very detail oriented and took his time. Great customer service also!! He did such an amazing job. Only steam cleaning company I will continue to hire, super reliable and punctual. He did such an amazing job removing huge red stains on my couches! I’m still so shocked! This company is legit.”
“Strongly agree with most of the comments mentioned. Quick, affordable and customer service is excellent! Alterations are also the same. I have never had any issues. Highly recommended.”
“Old school washing place, 2.00 loads and .75 cents drying. Cosv efficient, Washing Attendant is a sweetheart, has quarters available to exchange. Spent 15 dlls for 5 loads all folded and dried. ??”
“Nice facility with large space and plenty of regular and large washing/dryer machines. The Refrigerated AC makes it a pleasant experience to be there. The machines are maintained in a super clean and orderly manner. Bathroom facilities are clean and maintained. There is a staff member present that maintains the facilities. A card is purchased with the amount you want/need. The staff is helpful with this process. Plenty of seating area. Good parking to load and unload. Carts available to move laundry from station to station.”
“The sweetest family runs this place. They are so incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s been years since I’ve been there, but their kindness is something I still remember.”

“As a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant, I have always valued professionalism, attention to detail, and excellence in service. Quality Iron Maid in El Paso consistently exceeds expectations in all three areas. Their work is outstanding, and my clothes always come back looking crisp, sharp, and inspection-ready.
The staff is courteous, dependable, and committed to customer satisfaction. Turnaround times are excellent, and they take great pride in the quality of their work. Whether it’s business attire, dress clothes, or special garments, I know I can trust Quality Iron Maid to get the job done right.
I highly recommend Quality Iron Maid to anyone looking for exceptional ironing and garment care services in El Paso.

“First time that I have used this laundry . The lady working there was very courteous . When I dropped my clothes off it was time for her to close and she still took my clothes. She didn’t have to do that.”
“We used this place when we first moved here and had no W&D. We still use it to was big stuff. We live in NE and we drive all the way there because no other Laundromat is as good and clean as this one.”
“Came here to do laundry during my visit and the gentleman who owns this establishment was so kind and helpful. He helped me get cash and change to work the machines, and then helped me load them since I was doing not only my laundry but my niece and her families laundry! So lots to do!
I would recommend this place to anyone in the El Paso area!”

“It's completely understandable to feel a bit hesitant about trying new places, especially laundromats when you're often on your own. I can definitely relate to wanting to check reviews and get a feel for a spot before venturing out. Well, let me tell you, this laundromat in El Paso has truly been a game-changer! ?
Having moved around quite a bit in search of both safety and reasonable prices, I can confidently say this one hits the mark. One of my biggest frustrations with other laundromats has been the lack of reliable hot water, which is essential for getting clothes truly clean. But this place? Hot water every single time! It makes such a difference.
The safety aspect is also a huge plus for me. As a college student, the fact that they require ID to use the bathroom actually makes me feel more secure. It might seem like a small thing, but knowing that there's a system in place, especially since I'm prone to fainting sometimes, offers real peace of mind. If I were to take longer than usual, I know someone would be aware.?
Beyond the practicalities, the overall environment is just pleasant. And I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to the lady who cleans at night. She is an absolute sweetheart and such a great conversationalist! It makes doing laundry feel less like a chore and more like a little social interaction.
So, if you're looking for a laundromat in El Paso that offers reliable hot water, a safe and well-maintained environment, and maybe even a friendly chat. This place truly works wonders! I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try. This are the kind of places that make me love El Paso!”
“Great laundromat! It is always clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Once, the owner was there while I was doing my laundry. He thanked me for my business as I left.”

“The Most helpful woman working here guided me through the process of using Google pay through the app which was very helpful, the facilities are clean and people are friendly. There's a place to sit and read as well as other chairs to sit as you do laundry as well as a small area for the kids to be which I thought was thoughtful. I highly recommend 👍”

“Ms. Veronica Camacho at 6351 S desert Blvd provided me with World Class Service. She taught me how to load and use not only my supreme card, but also what machines would best service my huge comforter that I wanted to wash and dry. I had no idea of how to utilize the machines or my card. Ms. Veronica is truly an expert and true professional in her job performance as well an amazing customer service personnel...very nice, friendly and down to earth person. She is definitely very knowledgeable in all aspects of the laundry facility. Hopefully this young lady will be acknowledged or commended in some way by her superiors. Highly recommend this location as long as they have "GREAT" people working there like Ms. Veronica Camacho.”

“This laundromat has a very nice layout, always clean, always smells amazing like most laundromats do.
Even when the place is fully packed out I’ve been able to find a couple washers and dryers. Detergent, downy and dryer sheets are expensive so I recommend bringing your own, but it makes sense because of the convenience. And there’s always empty carts to use around the laundromat after people leave it there.
A lot of people stay at the laundromat while there clothes are washing, and there’s honestly not enough seating for it, but it’s safe enough to where you can probably just sit in your car.
We’ve never tried dry cleaning or any other services, but I’d imagine they do a good job on stuff like that.”
“Best place to go. No cards to pay to use. Quarters are used in washing your clothes. One of the few good places to go to wash your clothes. + Free drying Wed. And Sat. You can't beat free.”
“Fernando was very nice ! While I was waiting he kept checking in on me and others, he also never sat down ALWAYS moving around cleaning up and staying busy. Very clean place and everything worked very well. Will come back in the future .”
“Lord God forgive me for my sins here. My thoughts here were terrible. Forgive me El Paso Please. I appreciate the Laundry mat and I am thankful we have a place to wash and dry clothes and people should be able to do it in peace and not otherwise. May God bless and Keep y'all safe and in prayers.”
“I enjoy coming over all the time but because of COVID i don't come as often. I used their dryers because they leave my clothes nice an fluffy. I take advantage of washing my thick blankets and drying them there. What i enjoy most is joann's concern about how my load and washed or dried properly. Thanks Joann for your hard work.”

“This is a smaller well kept laundromat, while I was here it was not too busy. Attendant was very polite. We were able to wash 4 small and 1 large load quickly. Machines worked great and were clean. Machines take quarters or you can pay wirelessly using the PayRange app, WIFI is also available.”
