Ramses was very detail oriented and took his time. Great customer service also!! He did such an amazing job. Only steam cleaning company I will continue to hire, super reliable and punctual. He did such an amazing job removing huge red stains on my couches! I’m still so shocked! This company is legit.”
“This is a smaller well kept laundromat, while I was here it was not too busy. Attendant was very polite. We were able to wash 4 small and 1 large load quickly. Machines worked great and were clean. Machines take quarters or you can pay wirelessly using the PayRange app, WIFI is also available.”

“Old school washing place, 2.00 loads and .75 cents drying. Cosv efficient, Washing Attendant is a sweetheart, has quarters available to exchange. Spent 15 dlls for 5 loads all folded and dried. ??”
“Came here to do laundry during my visit and the gentleman who owns this establishment was so kind and helpful. He helped me get cash and change to work the machines, and then helped me load them since I was doing not only my laundry but my niece and her families laundry! So lots to do!

“Lourdes and her team are excellent. They aery flexible on pick up days and times with my hectic travel schedule. I have done mostly ironing service with them but have tried dry cleaning in the past as well with great results but not sure if they still do that part. Prices are bit higher than other places but I get what I pay for here with no issues ever, and always a quality result.”

Having moved around quite a bit in search of both safety and reasonable prices, I can confidently say this one hits the mark. One of my biggest frustrations with other laundromats has been the lack of reliable hot water, which is essential for getting clothes truly clean. But this place? Hot water every single time! It makes such a difference.
The safety aspect is also a huge plus for me. As a college student, the fact that they require ID to use the bathroom actually makes me feel more secure. It might seem like a small thing, but knowing that there's a system in place, especially since I'm prone to fainting sometimes, offers real peace of mind. If I were to take longer than usual, I know someone would be aware.?
Beyond the practicalities, the overall environment is just pleasant. And I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to the lady who cleans at night. She is an absolute sweetheart and such a great conversationalist! It makes doing laundry feel less like a chore and more like a little social interaction.
So, if you're looking for a laundromat in El Paso that offers reliable hot water, a safe and well-maintained environment, and maybe even a friendly chat. This place truly works wonders! I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try. This are the kind of places that make me love El Paso!”

“This laundromat has a very nice layout, always clean, always smells amazing like most laundromats do.
Even when the place is fully packed out I’ve been able to find a couple washers and dryers. Detergent, downy and dryer sheets are expensive so I recommend bringing your own, but it makes sense because of the convenience. And there’s always empty carts to use around the laundromat after people leave it there.
A lot of people stay at the laundromat while there clothes are washing, and there’s honestly not enough seating for it, but it’s safe enough to where you can probably just sit in your car.
We’ve never tried dry cleaning or any other services, but I’d imagine they do a good job on stuff like that.”

Patricia that works there guided my thru the process and she was so nice and pleasant that i felt right at home. the place is awesome and very clean. “Best place to go. No cards to pay to use. Quarters are used in washing your clothes. One of the few good places to go to wash your clothes. + Free drying Wed. And Sat. You can't beat free.”
“Despite being a lot of people there when I got there, there were still plenty washers and dryers available to use, all of them looked clean and well maintained.
The staff was friendly, the lady working there help me answering my questions and concerns. This place uses a card system instead of quarters for the machines, which it's easy to use and follow. Also, they have an automated change, detergent and Quarters machines and dispensers which I also found quite useful and convenient, since I needed some quarters for later.
Overall, this was a clean, well maintained, professional and nice place to go and do my laundry, will definitely come back! 😊 🧺”
