The front office Manager Melissa is the BEST part of this place. Once my van broke down while I was there and she went above and beyond to make me feel at home while the repair guy showed up. Always a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate and great conversation with her while she maintains her professionalism. Very helpful and courteous. I live in the northeast and will travel the distance to have her handle my storage needs.

Seriously, you're gonna want to take your business elsewhere. Management won't care if you try to fight any charges, just because they don't have to answer to "corporate"! OUTRAGEOUS.

Empty your unit completely, they will charge the $50 clean up fee if even a dust bunny is left behind. Won’t be utilizing this business and won’t recommend to others.

A company that only cares when you’re looking to get the service, have the service, but the day you decide to part ways boy do they give you a hard time. I was told I had until the 5th of February 2020 to remove all of my items. I even requested 24hr access. I returned the 5th to remove lock and one single item left in the unit only to find my access had been revoked. Come to find out they are charging me late fees and an entire other month. Tried to fix the issue with Melissa the Manager at a self storage and she gave me the hardest time. The worst part is we aren’t even leaving all the units we have there. We just decided to move one to the rhino self storage. Maybe Mellissa is just having a bad day, because boy did she give me some attitude.

The attendant in the office is extremely helpful and nice. I recommend their business to anyone who needs to store stuff.
