Poor customer service. Went in there for a specific part and he tells me what I need vs what I’m asking for. Telling me I need to know what I’m doing. He orders the part HE wants and then it arrives and I shows him it does not fit and then proceeds to treat me horrible. I ask for a follow up after waiting about 30min for him to “find” the part I needed. He greats all other customers and tells me to wait and be patient while I witness him calling all over EP for the other customers but left me waiting. I don’t know if it’s because he’s an elder but his attitude is not good for customer service.

DISGUSTED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They committed to respond to a trailer tire issue for U-Haul at 2:30 in the morning. Let us sit there 3 hours and then canceled with no explanation, no apologies or anything. Absolute CROOKS. Avoid at all costs. Thanks for stranding people in the middle of the Guadalupe mountains with no food or water in the middle of summer. We hope you get exactly the same treatment yourselves one day.

Always an amazing experience renting from LENCO, great customer service with Leonard. Have rented trailers from him multiple times and I will continue to keep renting there. Very reasonable pricing and the rentals are in great condition and always well kept up, they are pretty much always brand new as they are constantly bringing in new rentals, so they always stay fresh. The Ironbull trailers are definitely really good quality. LENCO is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience! Definitely recommended!!!

I had a 2019 Toyota Tacoma and I needed a tow bar installed and Lenco was able to order and install at a reasonable price. Great service and courtesy employees. Thank you Lenco

I am from out of town and needed car straps. They did not have the straps I needed. I was kindly referred to another store.

I have two items to report: 1) I took my Airstream Excel 1000 to Lenco to have the axles and brakes replaced and they did an excellent job. Previously, I had a propane leak and could not find it. They found the leak and repaired it. It was a cracked fitting above one of the the axles. 2) I took my Airstream for an electrical issue, no left turn signal. Unbeknownst to me, it was an issue I had created. They analyzed the problem and fixed it. Thank you for jobs well done. Ernest Wade

Had my travel trailer spin a wheel bearing and Lenco replaced my axle that was damaged, repacked all the bearings on the other axle and was done quickly…didn’t have to change my plans for a scheduled trip. Parts and labor was even less than I thought it would be. Highly recommended for trailer service.
