I went looking for some 505's, since I can get them in 100% cotton. Unfortunately, they only have one color that is all cotton. Fortunately, one of the staff directed me to the 555's and 565's, which are a little higher waisted with multiple colors in 100% cotton. I ended up getting black and dark blue stonewashed 565's which are a better fit than my old stand-by jeans.

Customer service was awesome! Everyone was so very nice, friendly, and super helpful and knowledgeable. SJ was amazing with her assistance, along with Robert and Raul… unfortunately, I did not get another staff member’s name who was also so helpful. The store was very clean and it was stocked very well with many different styles. Great quality of merchandise and great service!

Great selection, but they did a really good job at hiding all the prices. The prices weren’t posted on the shelves, by the products, on the jeans themselves, nothing. Hiding prices is unacceptable and is poor customer service. I left and will buy my jeans elsewhere.

Excellent place to buy clothing from this brand, excellent assortment of jeans including the legendary 501 tabto for men and women, Levi's has been raising prices and for example a 501 pants costs 80 dollars (about 1,600 pesos). They have promotions right now in December for the second pair of pants at half price, so you should consider it, the service is good in both English and Spanish, the place is very clean and always satisfied with the variety of clothing apart from pants, sweatshirts, t-shirts, jackets, sweaters, dress pants. Was busy! But great place to shop for clothes and shoes. Great sales at Levi's and Clark's stores. Mall was full, but you are able to get your shopping without problems or issues. Hydrate, it is HOT out there! ?❤
