Very unprofessional I have yet to receive my return and this was from LAST YEAR. It is now the 2023 and I will never file at this office ever again. Definitely do not recommend. Called multiple times and the manager kept giving me the run around about how she cant contact the IRS for me because they wont give her any info since I am not the one calling.. Not to mention one of the times I called she said she shouldn't have answered the phone because she is supposed to be on vacation starting that day.

This place cost me 5000 dollars. I have had to hire a CPA firm to redo my taxes. This has been going on for several months now. I have attempted to resolve this issue with the manager but she is not cooperating. I do not recommend anyone to do their taxes at liberty tax services.
