Abigail was super helpful and made me feel welcome , she helped me find the right hat that would accommodate me on the colors I mostly wear everyday and she did an awesome job with the embroiderys I got done on several hats definitely recommend this place .

Pavel went above and beyond to provide an outstanding and extremely positive customer experience. Phone was ringing off the hook, other customers were wanting to buy hats and get them stitched meanwhile he diligently processed my exchange to ensure I got the hat I wanted. Give this man a raise and a twelver of shiner. Definitely will be returning to this location for all things lids.

The new manager there was super rude to me, I was trying to find a hat and possibly get an embroidery but kept making comments towards me. Not only that you could tell she was High as a kite, as soon as I walked in you could hear her smoking something in the back room and the vapor followed her from behind. 100% don’t recommend going to Sunland lids, better experience at outlets. Lids needs to really do there checks when hiring these managers.
