1st time here. Anything u may need for ur party. Balloons, bags, plush toys, and more. The ladies there r very nice, they don't speak a lot of English though. The prices, depending on what u need, may be a little more expensive than the family dollar next door, but it's worth it. There is no military discount, but still worth the trip.

The staff were incredibly rude. They saw us walk in and look for help as I had questions about balloons. They completely ignored us. One staff member walked away from me mid sentence. There was maybe 2-3 customers in the entire store and no one was being helped. I will never step foot in this store again.

I went for a balloon sealer, I was told they didn't have it available but was not giving much information. I had to keep asking questions. Then the lady while still talking to me, started helping another customer. I found it rude since I was ready to pay for my items.

Store was hot & uncomfortable...felt like we were being "closely watched" the entire time. Got in trouble for touching a deflated old mylar balloon. Older lady with short brown hair was rude & unfriendly to say the least. I recommend a lesson on customer service.People go into your store to spend money...the least u can do is be courteous & say Thank you after a purchase. Bought what I needed & left. Take your wallet elsewhere!

Lady working was very unwelcoming and made us feel like we were a bother. The least she can do is say thank you after a purchase is made. I dont recommend this place, the selection wasn’t great and pricing was all over the place. Stick to amazon prime for your party needs!

I have been a customer for more than 9 years, I love everything they sell. The service that George Dieter and Pelcano have been providing lately is terrible, the two ladies who are in the store always have a bad attitude, a bad arrogant face and they do not attend to you, they ignore you even though the store is alone and they are not busy. I prefer to go to the center even though it is further away, they have good service and very friendly guys.

Horrible customer service!!!!! The workers even get upset if you ask them something. I've been there twice now and both times they have had terrible service!!
