Hours: Longhorn Warehouse is a business located at the end of the building on the left, using dock doors 33 through 39. The check-in office is next to door 17 at the ramp, or just around the corner from door 39. Drivers report a decent and quick unloading process once assigned a door, with crews described as great, super nice, friendly, and helpful. The unloading itself typically takes about one hour. The facility operates with high volume and can get congested, especially in the morning when trucks start piling in around 0700. Appointments begin at 07:00. Drivers are advised that if they arrive the day of their appointment, they should be prepared to wait, sometimes for several hours. There are reports that R&A trucks receive priority from the crew. The area for backing into the docks is very tight, particularly for docks 2 and 3 which require a blind side back, making maneuvering difficult. Overnight parking is available. Drivers can park on the street, on the backside of the building where dropped trailers are, or if there is an open dock door, they can stage in it with doors closed until business opens. A staff member in a black car often collects paperwork early from trucks already in a door. A side note warns that dock door 38 is broken and should not be used. Conveniences like a 7-11 and Circle K are within walking distance.
