Team drivers stay away from love's shops!
They'll make you both get off the truck or they will allow you to sit in the truck but with the engine off which means no AC, and both are super disruptive for the driver who is supposed to be sleeping and the team operation overall.
To Love's corporate: Please fix this inconsiderate policy.

Worst location, but still great options to eat, Subway and Chester's. The parking and fill stations are a nightmare. We literally waited for nearly 20 minutes to fill up. Once in line in a large vehicle, your options to move are horrible. We were stuck behind and beside trucks that weren't moving at all. Sucked, especially because we are on a time schedule. They should truly redesign the layout of this Love's. We will not return to this location. My husband blew his cool BIG TIME.

The remodeling here with excellent the showers are not too big and the staff here is really friendly one of the cleanest showers I've been in a long time even the fans were clean keep up the good work and thank you for your your service and help

I passed through loves around 4am and decided to take a shower to my surprise it was very welcoming, I felt as if I was home. I want to thank the young lady on graveyard for taking her time out to do this for us drivers. she doesn't have to but made an effort to make us drivers feel welcomed. I was expecting the worse as I have had in the afternoon when I typically stop by, anyways that was nice., and there was bubbles in the toliet so we know the toliet was cleaned. thank you to the young woman who works graveyard for giving me a great experience!

I really don’t want to under rate this location because of how amazing the daytime shift, they super hard workers and nice and respectful, unfortunately the night shift worker name Cindy was extremely rude and disrespectful to all the customers not just me, a customer asked her questions she replied where in the moon ?!? She’s extremely aggressive. We all go through hard times but we don’t have to be rude to others.

The day and time I was there, the parking lot was full. We stopped for gas during a road trip.
It is close to the interstate with lots of truck traffic.

This is very unprofessional I am a truck driver that has been here the whole weekend and spent money multiple times in this store but for some odd reason today when I purchased a wrap and a sprite and pay for it in the front then go sit in the eating area an associate from subway walks up to me and asked if I had a receipt like I stole the food just to sit and eat without paying for it, I felt offended because it was multiple people in the seating area and I’m the only one that get asked if I paid for something in the front smh I do not appreciate getting judged like I’m a thief when I work just like everyone else I will not be back at this store nor will I eat anything from this store

DRIVERS BEWARE!!!!
If planning on getting a shower here be sure to have your own towel!!! A pair of sandels or something to keep your feet off the floor! The towels STINK SOOOO BAD YOU WILL STINK TOO JUST FROM DRYING YOURSELF OFF AFTER A SHOWER!!! Just a bunch of NASTY not carrying LAZY check collectors working here!!! After seeing what I saw I wouldn't even get a coffee or fountain drink from this place!!! I been running these roads for 26 years and KNOW what I'm talking about when I tell it like I am ATM!!!! LAZY LAZY LAZY CHECK COLLECTORS MAKE PEOPLE LITERALLY SICK!!!! They need to start hiring new people from the manager down!!!!

This location is very busy and it is not welcoming. Security is constantly correcting people. There is no overnight parking and there is a great deal of restrictions. I left and went to the Flying J across the street and gave them 5s. Loves seems to no longer a traveler friendly stop. I don't think it is Professional Trucker friendly either. They seem to be moving to glorified convenience stores. I did get Chester's , was good, before I realized evening else. Sad. I used to plan my trips around Loves locations. Full time traveler.

Definitely never planning a stop here again. I just saw that another trucker had the same problem I did and even took a picture of the guy so I had to steal it to share with my review also. This gentleman should not be working at a truckstop. And especially at a place where customer service is essential.
