I come here to buy wood in my little Kia forte, need the wood cut, pay for the wood, pay for the cuts,continue to walk to go get the wood cut, oh sorry sir the machine is out of order , well 10 ft 2x4s don’t fit in my Kia forte lmao REFUND! Horrible communication, your lumber register should know when the machine is down or at least put a sign that it’s out of order I guess I’m supposed to be a mind reader too….

Went in quickly around 3:30 (in and out for 2 items) There was a long line in the lumber yard, only one cashier on duty. with a long line The manager Amber watched the cashier while chatting with a coworker. Didnt even offer to help. Understaffed and needs better management,

Older lady, who I assume is the head cashier is absolutely no help, & she is there to offer no help. Bothered because I went to the open cashier lane instead of self checkout possibly? I was trying to use my Lowe’s credit card (had it on my phone) she wasn’t trying to hear it, all she said was “is this the card or not” (on the computer screen, it was an older card) I said no, showed her the current info, she shrugged her shoulders…..If I’m showing you the active account, why would you not try to figure out what’s going on?? At the end because she was starting just blankly at me, I ended up just using my debit card. What’s the point of her being up there if not to figure things out?

Lots of options but customer service is trash. Stood in line for 20 minutes at the returns desk while 5 employees stood around I guess supervising the one employee working the returns desk. They were obviously some type of assistant managers because they looked like jumping in and helping was beneath them. What are they managing if no work is getting done? Have never had anything like this happen at their orange competitor.
