I would not recommend an oil change at this establishment.
Oil Changers broke my oil pan and refuse to pay for the $962 in damages they caused.
Oil Changers left me with no car, as it is unusable without an oil pan.
At the time of service, my oil pan was intact, and the car was operating with no issues.
The manager stated they do not want to pay for the damages they caused because I did not allow my car to be towed to an unknown body shop located unreasonably far from my place of residence.
The company stated they have a contracted repair shop, and I understand this practice, yet they have inconvenienced me, and as it is, this shop damaged my vehicle; how am I to trust them to repair it?
It is important to note that it is the holiday season, and I need a working vehicle.
I would prefer to take my vehicle to an establishment I know will guarantee the repair is completed promptly, correctly, and safely.
Oil Changers stated the price of repair at their preferred shop is $671. I would be willing to accept this amount as I am reasonable and open to negotiating.
However, as it stands, I am not receiving any reasonable customer care.
Traditionally, when such damage is caused, the entity responsible would pay for a rental vehicle while the repair is conducted, and compensation for the time lost from work as a direct result of rectifying such damage.
Instead, this establishment threatened me with not paying for any of the damages because I did not trust them with fixing my car at a shop that is almost an hour away, with the holiday traffic, and unfamiliar with.
I am not requesting anything above the damages.
The repair shop that currently has my car has been merely quoting me for the oil pan replacement and the labor. Such repair shop has communicated with Oil Changers and disclosed such reasonable work.
I was forced to contact their corporate offices to seek assistance as I have not been allowed to obtain the regional manager’s contact information, who typically authorizes the repairs of damages. Such regional manager sends their responses to such damages via the store manager, and it is very difficult to resolve an issue when there is no direct communication with the person responsible for resolving the issue.
Overall, I took my vehicle to Oil Changers for a convenient oil change during the holiday season. But ended up with a $962 damage bill and no working vehicle.

I've never had a bad experience here. They upsell, but only for the actual care of your vehicle. As a mechanic, I can tell you they do a good job, and pretty much everything they recommend is actually needed. The price is reasonable, compared to dealership prices, for sure.

Got there for my oil change and the staff was very fast, polite and professional! The technician Orlando took very good care of my vehicle and recommended getting my injectors and gas tank clean to improve my fuel economy. It sure helped a lot. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend people to go there for your vehicle service. Definitely not taking my car anywhere else. Going back to the Oil changers for sure!

Took my car for the State inspection, car was fine before I took it there. Oil, transmission, even wiper fluid levels were fine. After they were done they told me it had MAJOR transmission and oil leaks. I got home and the car was dripping oil, the kind of leak that drained the a quart of oil in a couple of hours. Total scam, avoid or they will charge you for tighting a loose drain plug
