Great boot buying experiences. We bought a pair here 10 years ago, and came back for a couple more pairs recently. Called ahead and talked to Nova. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection. Most of the boots were markdowns as this is their outlet - some up to 75% off! Beverages available during your buying experience. Thanks Nova!

Found a gorgeous pair on clearance at 75% off retail. Not as big of a selection as the other location in town but still worth checking out. I found a couple belts as well. I was offered a drink but unfortunately could not indulge. Sales associate was helpful and checked on me. Military friendly pricing helped me save a few extra bucks.

I really wanted to get a pair of boots here. The clerk helped me to get to my size section in the store. Another gentleman was helping out and greeting everyone and offering them water except me. I was not thirsty, but you feel ignored and ruins your experience. I went to another store outlet and received better service there. For upwards of $400 dollar boots, you expect quality products and service. Missed sales opportunity here for sure. It does not cost anything to be nice to your potential customers.

I came to El Paso for some boots, I went all over and nobody helped me, but Lucchese dude. I had the best experience here ever! I have never had such great customer service. I walked in knowing nothing about boots and Adrian was an angel with all the help he gave me. The staff were friendly and amazing. The prices may be high, but these are real authentic boots and they are going to last longer than you. I bought a beautiful pair of green boots with Adrian’s help. If I could give this place ten stars I would!

I bought these boots a year ago and after receiving them and wearing them twice the stitching on the upper ripped out, so I sent them back and after waiting I got them back and they looked good and were refinished, so I wore them again, just once, and the same stitching on the opposite boot ripped out, so initially I asked for a refund and return and they would not. So after sending them to be “repaired” for the second time in 3 wears, which took probably twice as long as the first time, and after getting the run around from costumer service, I finally got them back today, and am now out of the warranty period btw, and they’re “fixed” I guess, but the repair looks sub par and they weren’t refinished like the first time, which according to research they always are after repair. For a company that’s supposed to be the best of the best and my boots costing nearly $900 I would never buy anything lucheese again or recommend them to anyone, I would gladly buy a pair of ariats over these any day because at least those last longer then a single wear. El Paso is known for its cowboy boots and for the Mexican craftsmanship brought into the making of these handmade treasures. Lucchese really took off after they receive a huge order from the U.S. cavalry. Quick question - What does Arnold Schwarzenegger, President Bush, President Bill Clinton and President Obama have in common? They all came to El Paso to have their custom boots made by this great artisan. Today for the common mortal who is seeking a good deal, there is the outlet where you go to seek some seriously good deal. Ask for Frank, he is super cool and will always do his best to help. This said, entire staff is great. I have to admit, I love a good deal and Lucchese offers some incredible value. I love their ROPER and RANGER II Collection. This shop offers a great selection. Check for local events and special promotions as Lucchese is active supporting the community of El Paso.
