We cannot express enough how helpful Matt was to us (my wife and I). They are super professional and accommodating. We were initially going to get tile flooring but this LVP was the best decision. The flooring came in very quickly. We had absolutely no struggle with the service whatsoever. We had installed flooring for all of our downstairs and upstairs. We ordered molding for the trim and stairs. Our home looks amazing.

Great place. Have been there twice, but just picked out hard wood for our new home, which we just started laying down. Oscar and the team are most knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helpful. They’re simply the nicest people you’ll interact with as well. Took the time to walk me through the process since I was new to flooring. Answered all of my questions, informed me of things I didn’t even know to ask, never got frustrated. All in all, a great experience. And the price was very fair, and wide range of inventory. If I had to do it all again, would do the same. Get your flooring here. Plain and simple.

I went to check out their selection of flooring. It's a better selection than you find at Lowe's or Home Depot and some of them are comparably priced. I'll go back when I'm ready to buy.

I had no idea what floor would work best for me but the staff was nice and helped out amazing answering all my questions although many things weren’t in stock they helped me as best as they could. Especially the one girl who works there I think her name was Mariana

I just wanted to put this down. I have been dealing with Mari and Oscar of the El Paso office for many years now. I have always received the most courteous of services attention and care. But this last job - the quality of attention and the wood flooring product surpassed anything i have had with any supplier.
