I always recommend M n J auto service to all of my friends and family. It’s the best mechanic shop i have come across. I love that they get the job done quickly and effectively. I struggled for years to find a reliable mechanic.…I’m happy to have found a shop where i feel comfortable leaving my vehicle, and drive away feeling confident in that the job was done correctly. Dee Dee the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would do it without hesitation. I took my car there to get checked because my AC was not working, they checked it and told me that there was nothing wrong with it. The secretary there recommended that I put new freon and a dye to see if there was any leaks and that’s what we did. Once it was done, the car was dropped off where I work with no explanation on anything! I had to call them to see if there was any leaks that they had found. She told me that there were no leaks, but the air was still feeling humid and not cold at all. I was told I had to run the car so that it could get cold, so I used it on the weekend and it was still hot. I took it back to get checked, and they now said that there was a leak in the expansion valve. The part took forever to get here, about 2 weeks. They finally installed the part and the AC is still not working. They were now saying that it was the compressor when since the beginning, the compressor was never mentioned of having anything wrong with it. 600 dollars later, my car is still without AC and they were trying to charge me more when, since the beginning, they didn’t even know what was wrong with it. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They lack on communicating things to you, they never gave me any sort of paper with the diagnosis or proof of what was wrong with my car, the owner is VERY rude saying how he was doing me a favor and kept insisting that I wanted it done for free, when in reality I ONLY went there cause it was recommended to me, BIG MISTAKE.

Worst experience ever theu took advantage of my 79 year old father. They were supposed to fix electrical system that was fried on benze clk 350. They had for 7 months. Finaly got it back after dad paid over $500 and front drivers side headlight barley works, radio no longer work, the hood no longer stays up when open. The trunk no longer opens. When confronted with the issues he told my dad to take it to Mercedes dealer. I plan to complain to BBB. Dont waste your time ot money their. Especially if your a senior citizen.

I was there a couple weeks ago and Nanette was very polite and kind to me & my daughter, she helped me get my car inspection done asap although it was almost time to close, she was friendly and professional. I appreciate her hard work and willingness to help a customer in need, this world needs more people like her. I’ve been to places where they try to take advantage of you and say “your car needs this and that” and do not pass inspection so THANK YOU SO MUCH Mrs. Nanette Ruiz for your hard work I appreciate it ??

Extremely BAD SERVICE!!! I went there to get an oil change, and the lady that received my car, told me that she was doing a vehicle inspection and that they'll do my car next. I asked how long would it take, and she said, about 40 to 45 minutes. She took me to the waiting room and I'm the only one there. Later on another 4 customers came in who were not there when I got there, and she came a few times into the waiting room to get them, and I started to suspect she was jumping me, by then, it's already an hour. An hour an fifteen minutes pass and I went out to see how much longer it's going to take, and I see her sitting inside my car on the phone, in a different place then where I left it parked, and she sees me and takes her time to get out of the car, and I asked her if it was done, and she says we'll take it in in a few more minutes. I just said, you know what, I need to go to work. But surely you're going to receive a very bad review. She didn't care at all. She just said, Oh I'm sorry, with a really irresposible attitude.
