The clerk on duty made sure that all the goods were securely wrapped and recommended the best way to ship the parcel.”

“Needed to send a baseball jersey to son in Phoenix - overnight! He needed it next day for scouting combine. Called a place close to home, was given a reasonable price, got there and price of shipping went up. Called this location, talked to Pete, explained need and he gave me a reasonable price range. Bolted to the store, and final price fell right into the range. Package was delivered next morning, no issues. Pete, along with Itzel who helped me did a great job. Highly recommend!”

“Not sure if the website form posted my review so I will do it myself, I just had the most wonderful experience at this UPS location. Jair the young man who attended me provides EXCELLENT customer service. I visited a FedEx store earlier today to get an estimate on shipping cost, I was in line but leaning against a counter because of my foot pain and I was a little dizzy as well, someone else who walked into the FedEx store after me got called first, and the man who finally called me was so unfriendly. The person I spoke to on the telephone earlier at this UPS store on the other hand was very friendly and helpful so I came here. I did have questions about the services offered at this store however due to budget constraints I went ahead and took a chance on my boxes as I packed them myself. Jair was knowledgeable and quick in explaining to me the options available, very professional. I will be coming here again next time and if I need to ship something of higher value I will absolutely pay extra for your packaging services!”

“Been using this post office for years now. I like that it is small and usually not busy (but when it is busy, it IS busy!). I love the staff that is frequently there (Cheryl and Christina/Kristina). They are always very friendly. I’m a talker, and they don’t mind indulging me as I chatter on about what I ordered or my various penpals.
I love walking in and hearing the contemporary jazz playing, and the staff laughing and talking away with customers. I have never had any issues. They have an energy that is infectious in the best of ways. Positive beings thrive off other positive beings.

“Great customer service, I had a problem to get reimbursement for a Melek Manifiesto at Best Buy Sunland Park because they indicated me that they not longer were doing this service; Melek contacted me about my issue and they confirmed at the store that they still were doing Manifiestos, I went back to the store and this time I got an reimbursement for my manifest after the clerk was initially being again hesitant about it”
