120 for an oil change hurts but they got it done quick and right. Mechanic even advised me on my key fob and where to get it fixed.

I took my car to recharge my AC and they left it worst now all I get is hot air .. If something else was wrong with my air they should have told me before charging me and releasing my keys ..never again will I come here ..

Terrible experience at this place. Owner is conniving and sleazy…. Damaged my vehicle performing service on my car. Do not trust these guys. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!! Terrible service!!

So I went in yesterday to have my oil changed on my Mustang. Waited around 20 minutes to be called in by the guys. Ok cool, that’s expected. Changed my oil in about 15 minutes, very nice.
Usually I do my own oil changes, but got dressed up so didn’t want to get dirty. I know there is a small flap to access the oil filter, you simply unscrew the 8 mm bolt and the door swings open.
I was fueling up and was curious if they had replaced it. To my dismay I find that the tech simply ripped out the door, could not be bothered to take the additional 5 minutes to remove the bolt and do it properly. So now I have the big hole the skid plate of my car. This really upset me, and that why I usually do my own oil changes because of guys like the one that did my oil change could care less about your car.
So I drove back to Master Lube to confront the guy that changed my oil and the owner George of what had happened.
I go directly to bay #2, which is where my oil was changed. What did I find at the bottom of the bay ?! The torn piece of my skid plate!! I confront the oil tech and the owner why they ripped my skid plate? The owner took the oil techs side, “ that it was already torn and was just hanging at the bottom and it fell out while they were changing the oil. What a coincidence!! We went back and forth and I advices the owner George that I wanted to be compensated for the torn access panel.
He denied liability and stated that he would not pay me for my torn skid plate, even after finding the piece laying at the bottom of his oil change bay. Both him and the tech swore that the piece was already hanging and must of fallen off during the oil change.
I advised him I’d make a review, he said go ahead and make the review !! I will respond as well. I really do hope he responds.
I would not do business with this man if this is how he acts. After straight up finding the piece laying in the bottom of his oil change bay, ( picture attached ) he still denied liability. It’s like a $75.00 piece. No accountability what’s so ever. He tried to sweet talk me, he wouldn’t even let me talk and provide my point of view. He just kept talking over me. I knew he just didn’t want me to write the review and not be liable for my torn skid plate. He wanted to convince that some how it was hanging on there and a strong gust of wind finished blowing it off inside his oil change bay. Wow what lies!! Just man up, worst part… they were just straight up lazy and ripped the panel off for their convenience. and that is why I do my own oil changes!! Can’t trust these guys to care for your belongings and much less be accountable when they mess up!!
As you can see from the pictures where the panel was stretched, the edges of the plastic became thin when the oil tech decided to pull on it to remove it and the bolt hole is also stretched when he pulled it.
I’ve provided pics of how that access panel is attached to the bottom of the frame for reference.
Be sure to check your skid plates of your cars if your oil is changed at this place. These skid plates are expensive!! Now I have a big hole in the bottom my skid plate, road debris will now enter the bottom of my vehicle. I brought all this proof to the owner and he straight up denied any liability.
I have better things to do than waste my time writing this review. But just how they charge for a service. Respect people’s belongings. On top of that no accountability when I find the torn piece at the bottom of your oil change bay.

Use to be the place to take my cars for AC service but the technician was a novice and almost got charge twice for flushing and adding freon need better techs
