If you are in El Paso, Phil is your mattress man!!!! Phil was extremely helpful, gracious, knowledgeable, and kind during the couple encounters that I had with him. He was able to problem solve without hesitation and gave me the best possible deals that I could have asked for. I look forward to continue doing business with mattress firm, specifically Phil, because of how seamless he made the process from start to finish. It is not often that I google review businesses but this one was a must! Thank you, Phil! You have our families business for all of our future needs!

If a guy here shows you a mattress in the back and says “oh it’s harder than it should be just because it’s cold back here” that dude is full of it. 2 months later and it’s like sleeping on a rock. I’ve had better mattresses from Amazon for a third of the cost and better night sleeps on the floor or a foxhole in the desert.

Mattress Firm is really the NASA Center for Mattresses technology and development, where Philip White and Richard Carrillo are real mattressnauts. The service is very dedicated and they really spend the time to understand your needs!! They sell Sterns & Foster, Temper-Pedic, Sealy and many other options. They have options for all budgets and offer many deals opportunities. Their financing is done with Wells Fargo and Synchrony but don't miss payment as they charge interest rate of 30 percent! I bought a Temper-Pedic and really feel the difference. Back aches and pain are simply gone. Absolutely incredible! Go there now- as they have great sales at 50 percent.

I initially ordered a mattress on a Friday night and expected delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday. I called to inquire about the order and was notified that I likely wouldn't receive the mattress until the weekend. Upset about the ordeal, I asked to speak with the manager to cancel my order. The manager Mauricio called me back a few minutes later and apologized for the issue. He was able to help me out by getting a different mattress that would make the initial delivery date. The mattress came in the next day and I was happy to no longer be sleeping on the floor. Mauricio greatly helped me to reach a solution, rather than just canceling the order entirely.

Kenneth Davis took great care of us. Not only did he show us the different mattress options but also helped educate us in ways to improve our sleep. The mattress we bought has been great as well as the pillows. I can’t say enough about the pillows. At first I wasn’t sure about the price tag but now that we have been using them, totally worth it! If you go to this location make sure you ask for Kenneth so he helps you out as good as he did with us.

Good places to buy a mattress but don’t select delivery. Front of the house doesn’t have good communication with warehouse. Our delivery time was missed so now we’re picking up.

This weekend my husband and I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm. The reps, Raul Valenzuela and his partner, which we didn’t get his name went above and beyond to earn our business. They were helpful, charismatic and answered all our questions. The delivery reps, Miguel and Ivan were awesome too! They delivered our mattress in tonight’s rain storm, we’re friendly, quick and efficient. If you’re looking for a new mattress I would highly recommend for you to check out the 7840 Picacho Hills Court Mattress Firm location! Great customer service!!!

Horrible experience! Purchased a mattress and box frames from this location. Received our mattress with a hole in the corner, the thread coming undone, the stitch pattern becoming unraveled and a scraped up box frame. When contacting the store they told me nothing could be done until they contact the warehouse manager. They said they would contact me the following day. So now I have a king size bed in my living room and no idea if I’m going to get a refund or have it replaced.
