I’ve been a customer at My Garage for years. Today, my key broke off on my lock, and I was stuck. Zulema was fantastic. She answered my call and within a few minutes was able to cut off the old lock and allowing entrance into my storage unit and then she was able to provide me with a brand new lock back within just a few minutes! I appreciate the professional and prompt service for sure!

I was very happy with the storage facility, very clean and Zulema provides great customer service. The reason I’m leaving is due to the constant rate increases, this is the second time in 4 months that rent goes up.

The facility is very clean and Zulema the manager is wonderful to work with, she goes out of the way to help you out. But the prices on the units keep going up, not once a year or every six months, it’s like every time you open up a notification the rate has increased. So I’m not happy with the way they are handling the rate increases, they need to have a yearly lease to have people lock their monthly rate. It’s so frustrating

MyGarage Self Storage at McClintock is an extremely professional company. Their facilities are always very clean, well-maintained, and secure. I’ve been a tenant at these storage units for several years now, and throughout that time they’ve provided me with outstanding service. They’ve always been very reliable and attentive to any needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and trustworthy place to store their belongings.
Also, I want to highlight that Zulema is an excellent property manager at this company always helpful, courteous, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

I was looking for a storage to hold all my dorm items for when I’m back from collage and My Garage self storage has very clean facilities, the manager was very helpful to answer my questions and give me advice on what unit I should pay for that will fit all my items. She was very professional and is very sweet.

Very helpful manager named Zulema! The property is nice and very affordable for storages. They are not all temperature controlled or sealed from outside elements but located in an easy to get to spot and have great hours!

I love having my storage units with My garage self-storage. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Anytime I have had a problem(which is very rare) they have been quick to act and remedy any issue. The location at McClintock is always clean and well cared for. I highly recommend My Garage Self Storage for any storage needs.
