I love this Pharmacy. They are so helpful . And polite . They try to do everything they can for you. We moved here from Ct. We never thought we would find another pharmacy like we had there and we did.

The owner of this pharmacy (she identified herself as Lisa) is the rudest, most condescending, inappropriate, unprofessional and inappropriate person I have ever dealt with.
1. She refused me service when I questioned the different prices various members of her staff gave me for the same prescription.
2. She told me that she does not have to fill any prescriptions- and she acted like she is the only pharmacy in town.
3. I am a 100% disabled veteran, with combat injuries, severe hearing disability, and have never been treated more rudely or disrespectfully than I was by Lisa (the owner and head pharmacist).
4. Do not go to this pharmacy. They try to charge you the highest possible price. I received three different prices from three members of the staff (including Lisa) for the exact same prescription. When I questioned Lisa about this, she absolved herself of all responsibility for this question and suddenly became very rude, obnoxious and condescending towards me.
5. On multiple occasions in the past, I have had the same issues with different prices for the same prescription and the owner and head pharmacist (Lisa) acting like that is not her problem.
It is very difficult to now determine how much I have been overcharged in the past because of this "variable pricing policy" for the exact same prescription.
6. I am filing a complaint with the Texas Pharmacy Board, El Paso Better Business Bureau, and the City and County of El Paso, Texas.
7. This business and the owner (Lisa) is a complete rip off.

I was in there once years ago and the staff was so rude I took my prescription back and left. However, it may have been before these pharmacists and a pharmacist from this store was brought up on drug charges for selling drugs without a prescription and selling illegal drugs. This is not related to the current pharmacists at all, I do not think because surely that pharmacist's license was revoked and I hope he is so far back in the prison they're having to pipe sunlight to him.
Now my insurance plan dictates my pharmacy.
Also somewhere in these reviews someone stated they are not BBB members. It costs lots of money and time to belong to BBB and it is NOT a government agency. It is a private agency out to make money off of its 0clients. Clients must pay dues and should attend monthly meetings. The meetings are if little value to pharmacists and retail pharmacists often work well over 40 hours a week so attending non-pharmacy meetings becomes a real chore.

Went there for medications, but found it charming. Good place for gifts, but more specific for Christian gift. Will be using the place for both meds and gifts. Ladies were very nice as well. Very pleasantly surprised.

Excellent pharmacy for my prescriptions and vaccinations. Always professional, friendly and the service is always excellent. I really never have waited in line like I have at major chain pharmacies. For vaccinations you can come as a walk-in and the process is simple and easy. The only downside is that their hours of operation are not as nice as the major chains, but to me it's totally worth it.

I love this pharmacy! I have always received excellent customer service and my medications are always priced competitively. I switched to Med Time this year and I am so happy that I did. Last year my insurance forced me to go to CVS and I was virtually ignored and had to wait. I am so happy I found Med Time and you will be too!

Been using Med Time Pharmacy since they opened and I absolutely love them. They are so polite, helpful, friendly and meds are always received quickly. I have never had to wait or battle crowds in the pharmacy. It’s also a boutique store with many things to look at and buy and makes it a pleasure to go inside. I highly recommend this pharmacy and I am grateful to all the amazing staff. Thank you to them for all the years of great service to the community.

I’ve gone to Medtime for several years and I’ve always had a quick and pleasant experience. I recently went in after a dental procedure and needless was a hot mess while waiting for my antibiotics and pain medications. The staff immediately saw that I wasn’t feeling well, and offered me water, a snack and a hug from an elderly lady. They had my meds out so quick and even gave me a new ice pack for my face. I will forever be appreciative of those employees that day. I’ll never go to another pharmacy in El Paso <3 Thank you to those that worked that day! 12/6/22

Meds are great. Staff is friendly. The male compounding pharmacist is patient and helpful, takes his time with answering questions. The female compounding pharmacist not so much. Her assistance feels rushed and short.
