“Manuel is a super kind young woman, he brought me my oxygen to my house. I am very happy since the moment I was about to leave the hospital, Manuel made sure that I had the portable oxygen machine. He even helped me put it on. He also made sure that they would order oxygen for me at home. I am more than happy because today I received your visit and you brought me the bottle to humidify that I needed. Now I feel much more comfortable. “My elderly father in law was in dire need of a wheelchair. After a major fall that created 3rd/4th degree burns on his leg. Not counting the other leg and head injury. After a week and a half dealing with uncaring medical supply companies, doctors, that claim to understand. I had enough, this is unacceptable, he has dementia, 85y/o, retired high ranking Army officer, who has fallen 5 more times in a week, can barely walk, does not deserve this treatment. My first call was to Evals to buy one and they told me upfront did not accept medicare. This was put off at doctors advice to get one under insurance at another place. Couldn’t wait any longer with falling again three times in two days. I called Evals back, they were very caring, great service, remembered us by name, home delivery within two hours, and the cheapest price. Even though we had to pay out of pocket, we couldn’t have asked for a better business and awesome group of people that put us first. Now that’s appreciation for our Veterans and their sacrifices. WE THANK YOU SO MUCH AND WISH YOU MANY BLESSINGS FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND FAMILIES ♥️ Will always use you for our needs and spread the word of your GREATNESS!!By the way still waiting on all those other supply companies promising to call us back, because they care.”

“The crew here ( Chito & Jeff) are very organized and have great customer service. I always received a three and six month reminder to replace my equipment. I changed suppliers last year bc I wanted a supplier closer to where I live NE..Leaving them was a terrible mistake. Ide rather dtive acrossbtown than go have to deal with an unorganized company with bad customer service and an owner that's been MIA for three weeks now! I was due to replace all of my equipment in December but I haven't heard from the owner yet. I've called several times left messages for him I even went to the store myself looking for him. My husband went there with me two weeks ago, he still was not at the store, the front office clerk said. I'll message him. He won't be in today. Now it's been almost two weeks and still I have not heard from him.
