We had an amazing experience at Melendez Auto. From our first call with owner Jorge to working with Juan Ramos once we arrived we were treated with the up most kindness, respect, professionalism l, and knowledge. Jorge made sure to check in on us throughout our whole visit and made sure to give us a great deal. Juan was very knowledgeable about all the inventory he showed us, was patient, and met all of our needs quickly and efficiently. The process was very fast and seamless. Working with Karen, the finance manager, was also a great experience. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We will/do recommend all our friends and family to Melendez Auto Sales.

Recently bought a car at Melendez Auto Sales. Juan was quick to greet me, got me to the right lot and helped me with the car I was looking at. He was professional, honest, and a joy to work with. The whole experience at Melendez was top notch! I had a little issue with my loan pre-approval before arriving and both Juan and Karen calmed my worries and it became such a non-issue. I probably got a better deal out it looking back on it now. Thank you Melendez and thank you Juan!
