About Mel's Beauty Salon
Mel's Beauty Salon is highly recommended for excellent haircuts and friendly service. Customers appreciate Mel's skills and her quick, attentive responses. One reviewer had a positive experience with a great haircut and plans to return, expressing regret for not discovering the salon earlier. However, some concerns were raised about the salon's cancellation policy and treatment of new clients. It is important to call in to cancel any hair services at least a week in advance to avoid a $50 fee, especially since weekends are reserved for regular customers. A few customers felt that regulars receive more favor, and some found the customer service from other stylists less friendly. Overall, Mel is praised for her professionalism and great work.

I've only ever had Mel cut my hair and she's never let me down. Very fair prices and she always does a solid job. I've never had a bad experience here.
