I am Marine veteran and recently took my sister for a prescription re-fill at your Mesa Hills location. We received very good and professional service from the attendants. BUT the male supervisor, in our presence scolded and belittled one of the female workers. IT was not professional and he showed poor management skills. He should be reprimanded. I was embarrassed for the worker and the organization.

Very Rude!! I was standing in line and I was next when this white lady came in and she was dropping off her prescription just got in front of the line and didn’t even acknowledge the line went straight to the counter and told the doctor she was dropping off and would be back in a minute. The pharmacist next to him wasn’t even done with the guy in front of me and looked up her prescription. Sent her out as if nothing happened. When it was my turn I told the pharmacist that was rude of her doing that, that I was next in line she didn’t even say sorry mam or anything just asked for the last name like nothing happened. I repeated myself to let her know and the doctor there but they ignored me. This pharmacy is racist just because my skin color wasn’t white they decided to ignore me and let someone else jump the line says it all. Racist pharmacy!!

This pharmacy has been so efficient and useful for our dermatology needs. The pharmacists who call seem to generally care about making sure you are getting the right drug for the best price and as soon as possible.

I agree with the prior review on the acutane issue. Same exact thing happened to us. They change their policies and don't inform you. I called to figure out what was happening and got scolded by their rude staff. Ask your prescriber to send it elsewhere, not worth the aggravation and dealing with very rude staff.

They are professional and knowledgeable for their job but I think what I liked the most is they being approachable and kind with their customers and that is helpful for anything you need to get, ask or buy at there.

Walked in from the dermatology clinic right next door. Showed them my prescription and they had it ready in seconds. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Friendly staff, clean lobby, overall nice place. Will definitely be going there more often especially with how quick they helped me.

I love the service at Mesa Hills pharmacy they are always very professional. courteous and helpful! If you need a prescription filled super quick go to them they’ll fix you up in a jiffy plus they also offer delivery!!!

Ravi and Brittani are incredibly helpful in helping patients get their medications. Unlike a lot of big box pharmacies, they really go the extra mile to get insurance approvals and keep patients informed on the status of their prescriptions. They deliver for free. 5 stars!
