I love this company I don't see myself being with any other company they've been there and supported me through my rough times and my good times and for that I'm very thankful the pay is not the best but I'd rather have a company that cares about me than anything else the vehicles are pretty decent loads are good the routes are very good and I I've had some very good dispatchers

Great people to work with, I enjoy working with the different terminals and trusting the MVT drivers in hauling our freight!

I dont know where you all got the Stanley cups at for sell in your MVT Store but just to let you know that the cups are fake. Get rid of them before someone takes legal action for selling counterfeit name brand products.? I love the cafeteria and the trucks.

Most unprofessional company to ever work for. Management there are very selfish whom if they dislike you, they terminate you no questions asked(this is a serious statement). They even have favorites to make matters worse.I worked there, performed well and out of the blue, a white haired male told me I was fired. They didn't give a reason nor felt they needed to.During my time there, supervisors would yell at their employees and even square up to them if they refused to comply with a task. I'm not joking when I say, this place is simply unprofessional. My family and I suffered after getting fired since I wasn't prepped for the event to come. Overall please trust me when I say, you should not even consider working here. You're ten times in better hands working at a call center or a fast food restaurant.

I found them to be overly controlling for the low pay they offer I do like the family atmosphere and vibe of the terminal driver managers seem to be friendly and understanding , this employer is right for some but not all. That's all I have to say about Messilla valley transportation.

Thinking of driving for this company, ask yourself do you like to make money do you like not being lied to, like to not feel like a number and actually be respected? Well then look elsewhere driver.I worked for them for for 2 months and have been driving for 6 year's now and this company hands down was the worst I've ever worked for.Mesilla valley transport if you read this you can pay me the money you owe me for returning your truck and all the layover pay you never paid me for sitting around not making any money.

I am compelled to share my unfortunate experience during my time at Mesilla Valley Transportation. While the company itself has its merits, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the management and HR department, which has resulted in a toxic work environment and my unjust termination.Firstly, I want to acknowledge that Mesilla Valley Transportation has some positive aspects, such as some employees. However, these positive aspects are overshadowed by the disheartening treatment I received from my immediate supervisor, Stacy Barnett, and the lack of support from HR.During my tenure at Mesilla Valley Transportation I encountered a situation that required assistance, and I approached Stacy Barnett with respect and professionalism. Instead of receiving the help I needed, I was met with hostility and, to my shock, terminated from my position in January . The reason cited for my termination was flimsy and unjustified, leaving me feeling betrayed and devastated. In my pursuit of justice, I sought assistance from the HR department, hoping for an impartial resolution. Regrettably, my interaction with HR only intensified my distress. It became evident that HR was reluctant to address my concerns and appeared to be influenced by fear or intimidation from Stacy Barnett. This lack of objectivity from HR deepened the toxic atmosphere and created a climate of fear and uncertainty among employees. This environment has had a profound impact on the overall workplace culture at Mesilla Valley Transportation. Employees are hesitant to voice their concerns, and the lack of trust in management and HR has become palpable. It is profoundly disheartening to witness the degradation of what should be a supportive and respectful work environment.I implore Mesilla Valley Transportation to conduct a thorough investigation into my wrongful termination and the practices of Stacy Barnett and the HR department. Addressing these issues transparently and taking appropriate action will be instrumental in restoring faith in the company and fostering a healthier, more positive workplace. In conclusion, while Mesilla Valley Transportation may possess commendable attributes, the detrimental actions of certain individuals and the ineffective response from HR have resulted in an unsatisfactory work experience. I hope that by sharing my story, the company will take the necessary steps to rectify these issues and create a more equitable and harmonious work environment for its employees.

I can definitely say core family values and work-life balance are not part of their agenda. Weekend dispatchers and even the safety department don't answer for hours at a time. They literally leave their drivers stranded on the side of the road. Compensation for necessary equipment, fluids, parts, etc. when something goes wrong more often than not never gets refunded, or you have to jump through hoops to get it back. They make the drivers drive empty miles between dropoffs and their yards, sometimes an hour apart. Everything you read on their website is mostly untrue junk written by someone who probably already left them from frustration.
