👎I WENT A WHILE BACK SOME BALD GUY TOLD ME HE COULDN'T HELP ME ON ANY QUESTIONS HE JUST SOLD PHONES.SO I WAITED A GOOD WHILE TO GO BACK SONE YOUNG GIRL ATTENDED ME I ASKED HER A QUESTION ABOUT A PROTECTION PLAN SHE SAID CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN I ASKED HER ABOUT GOOGLE ONE SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN I ASKED YOU A QUESTION HOW TO PUT MY PICTURES IN A SD CARD SHE SAID SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO I GOT A NEW PHONE THERE THE GIRL TOLD ME THAT I GOT A FREE HEADPHONES AND A FREE BIG SPEAKER IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE WELL ANYWAYS I TOOK IT THEN LATER I FIND OUT THAT I GOT CHARGED FOR BOTH ITEMS WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY FREE I CALLED BACK AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T REMEMBER THESE THREE PEOPLE MAKE THIS PLACE LOOK BAD.TRASHY 👎

I went in for some help with my google accounts and Destiny was a great help she took the time to fix my Facebook accounts and to reinstall all of my important games she even got me to where I was at in every game. Definitely recommend this store!

My phone wouldn't charge was thinking I needed a new one ? Mike, Tomas, and Destiny were able to troubleshoot and get me a new charger instead! amazing customer service and energy! definitely recommend this store for all your needs!
