The lady working the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. This one interaction is really making me reconsider this provider as customer service is clearly not there priority.

I went into the store with my 88-year-old grandfather, and when he brought up the fact that the auto pay hasn’t been working for him, the lady with tons of facial piercings showed just how little they care about customer service. She stated that’s not her problem even after he requested help and let her know that he was thinking of switching providers. This customer service is beyond unacceptable.
