I showed up at 10:05 am , no one . Went put gas came back no one ...me n 3 ppl waited I finally left at 1030.. will not be back to this location. ever. This is not the 1 st time this has happened nor the last I'm sure.

Worst customer service. I have a faulty phone and the only thing they did was supposedly reset the network. If the phone is bad that's not going to fix anything. I have had this phone for two weeks and nothing but problems. I asked him to just exchange it for the same and he said no. That they need to send this one out to verify it's bad. And in the meantime I'm left without a phone. I use this phone for work and it's mandatory to have one.Metro doesn't take care of their customers. Might just cancel the service.

You get what you pay for. In almost five years only lost service a couple of times and it was fixed quickly. You have same coverage as T-Mobile.

Extremely unsatisfied of the ineptitude at this retail store. Went there for an upgrade, got a phone that was 49.99 (upgrade price), changed devices (using a self-owned device) on a 2nd line and ended paying $142.00. Asked for a detailed receipt, that reflects the breakdown of all the fees, they said their printer's receipt was out. I was told then to go the following day, so I did and they were still out... Then they said to go during the week, but today that I went to speak to the manager, turns out the manager herself is the one that is giving me the run-around .....????????????????..... I had her give a breakdown of the fees verbally and there's a substantial difference that according to her are taxes and fees..... I asked for the owner's name and girl there just had a deer in the headlights look in her face??????.... No clear answers from their associates, I feel I'm being ripped off here??????

I have been with Metro for four years. I have crappy service, they always say they working on it, they lie. Like I pay 80$ a month I m running off WiFi to write this, can't even call customer service.
