First of all my parents went in by themselves and spoke to I believe the manager that day.. bill time came and was nothing that was talked about or promised.. I understand it's a business but do it rite not by lies.. so I went in the 2nd time and had the best experience with MARTIN and I believe HUGO.
very very respectful helped us out so much and also we added two more lines.. as long as those two gentlemen are working together things will run perfect.. I understand that sometimes it's overwhelming with WITH VERY RUDE CUSTOMERS SO EMPLOYEES GET A LITTLE AGITATED ALSO BUT NOT THESE TWO MEN
. THANK U GUYS FOR ALL U DO.. KEEP IT UP DNT SHADE AWAY FROM WHAT OTHERS SAY..

My mom was just robbed by Justin. She went in to activate two phones to existing lines. She was charged 150.
I called metro pcs customer service and they informed me that they over charged her and that on the system it didn't show any transactions so he kept the whole 150. I was informed that it's only 25 dollars per phone to activate since she brought her own phones to existing lines. The customer service lady asked me to put her on speaker to talk to Justin however he hung up on her. He refused to provide a receipt or the managers number.
It's a shame that they take advantage of people.

Wish i could give 10 stars!!! First thing great music playing and fun place. Had 3 of my old pones with all my data from work and martín got all my pictures from the work sites on the new Phone and my New tablet! Best store in the área. Ask for martín!!! Goes the extra mile.

I just walked in to give a payment and the supervisor or I don’t know who it was but he was training another guy but he was yelling at him so bad in front of all the customers, I believe that has to be taken care of in the back or in private not in front of all the customers . Poor guy I would not want to be trained like that.

Very bad service, there are 3 very despotic guys and they sold a cell phone that didn't work and they don't want to change it, don't come here because they don't validate the store's warranty. Terrible service
