The customer service at this location was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism. Allen, the sales associate, went above and beyond to provide me with all the information I needed. It was evident that he genuinely cared about his job and had a passion for helping customers.

The worst experience I have ever had from Metro by Tmobile. Particularly and specifically, the sales representative, Rosario, was the worst sales representative I have ever experienced. She should know more about customer service.She really requires a lot of training and has a lot of room for improvement. I would NOT recommend it. Just awful and horrible experience, almost nightmare.

The worst service anywhere lie after lie.Dont go get phone here they will lie about warranty.They made mego back 10 times for a brand new phone that was defective.I will tell all my customers never to get service here.The worst people service in El Paso switching to Cricket.I will never go back liars .

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with metro. The guy tried to snatch the money for my payment, dropping change. He did nothing to offer for upgrades except for the highest end (900 dollar s10+) and then offer a payment plan. It's clear this rep wanted their comission. He seemed short throughout the entirety of the interaction, and instead of having any real explanation for my drop in data quality, he read me my data usage meter. Think I'll be sticking to my usual store from here on in, if I so choose to continue business with metro.

Me and my wife went there to do a joint plan and they gave me a new sim card that didnt work and they told me the employee should have tested it out so I didnt have a phone provider for 3 days till I switched back to Verizon tmobile is a load of trash

The service is trash 😡😡. Bought a phone from here not even a month ago. Dropped calls B's service. Then says he can't replace the phone cuz of a small scratch. Not would he unblock the phone so that I could go to cricket

Went in to simply buy a sim card & the employee looked super confused and said they didn't sell those. Called another Metro down the street from me & the guy said he had them. Walked in, got the card, and paid. Took less than a minute. The employees at this one could be more informed.
