The Indian guy is lazy to work , and when he does he’s always nasty, rude, and un-informative. He tries to scam people too for money.. he tried to charge me for something the metro website said I shouldn’t be charged for.. so when I called him out about it. He got finicky. Told me we were done, asked me to leave and closed down the store and left.. very sketchy. Should be fired.

In a time in which good customer services is almost non existent, this place has a great representative. Abu (sorry if I'm misspelled it) helped me out and was patience and took time to explained everything I needed to resolve my issue. Awesome job! Definitely recommended this location

One of the workers refuses to give change, I believe of Indian descent, not to rude, just naming characteristcs, and has really rude customer service to my wife whenever she goes to pay her bill. The other workers always allow my wife to pay cash? Very upset with this man.

Went in with a 3 line plan for $86 which included hotspot, unlimited text and data. I went to go upgrade my 2 of the phones since they were eligible for upgrade. After the purchase for some reason my plan went up to $145 for the 3 lines and it only includes unlimited text and data no hotspot. Not only did my bill almost double and they took away hotspot feature but one of the phones didn't work. I went in the very next day and they said well we can't do nothing for you since it's not their fault. I talked to the general manager of the store and he said best thing he can do is order me a phone and it will be there within a week. I go about 9 days later since I haven't heard anything about receiving the new phone. When I get there they said no one has put in the order and I'd have to wait another week. Couldn't even get credit if I wanted to buy another phone I'd have to pay full price and keep the broken phone even though I was persistent on returning the broken phone I wasn't/couldn't use! This is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had during metro.
