I highly recommend this Metro PCS. The person who helped me was Norma Basurto. I appreciate that she took the time to explain the prices on several phones and helped me with an issue I had on my account. I had previously gone to another location for help, but they told me it was too much to help me, so I continued paying for the unused service, until Ms. Basurto helped me resolve my issue. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you!

I just want to say the associate Norma was absolutely fantastic at assisting me and answering all of my questions. My only complaint is that the store was so hot I was sweating before I even got to the counter. The humidity in that store was overwhelming and it was difficult to talk and breathe. Metro needs to fix the AC in that store asap if I could walk in and be sweating I can't imagine the suffering the employees are experiencing in this heat. We live in a desert AC is mandatory for good service and keeping your employees safe.

I am a long time customer of metro and i am very dissapointed to see Norma and Paola work with no ac. It is not OK for them to be working in these conditions. Please i urge for metro to get the ac fixed.

Paulina and Norma helped me out by letting me know about smart pay I will be combing back for my iPhone 13 however I think it’s very disappointing to see the girls working here in such harsh conditions with no AC , I was told they had been like this for a week. This is inhumane

i would suggest not asking paulina for assistance. she initially pretends to help you. she will solicit a five star review from you. i initially placed a five star review for her as i thought she had honestly helped me. a few days later my account login information which she had provided me turned out to be invalid, i tried to reach out to her for assistance through her personal phone number she provided to me.. she never replied to my request for assistance. be very careful in dealing with her. this one star review reflects only on her. if i could give her lower than a one star i would but one star is the lowest

Paulina helped me out this past weekend in dealing with customer service for my elderly mother's account. She took the time to explain to me and my mom what was going on with her account , taught us how to navigate it using the PIN and also upgraded my mother to a phone she can use by changing the text size and customizing ring tones for her . She needs to get a raise or be promoted this young lady is a hard worker!
