The store hours show 1000am to 800pm on the window. It is now 10:27 and no one is here. It's not the 1st time this has happened. Loosing business, several people have came by and no one in store.

No one answers the ringing phone line,they hung up on me 3 times. I guess you all dont want a new customer. Message to owner,tell your workers to answer the phone and please tell them to be proffesional and not hang up on calls coming in. They can answer and say please wait, its simple. Bad customer service. Bad 1st impression, not sure if I should get service here now.

Everytime i come on a Sunday and the handicap guy is there supposably the system is always down. Why cause hes alway playing a game on the computer!! Very bad customer service

They're always constantly just locking the door when they are clearly open! That's happened numerous times during the day. Just going to go to another location from now on.

3 times is enough, if I could rate a negative star I would. The staff is awful, disrespectful and unknowledgeable. Each time I have gone in same ish different day. Training on customer service is absolutely necessary. I would not recommended this location for any service. The stock is poor and the service and knowledge is worse

The staff of this store are wonderful! They actually answer the phone when you call. ;-) They helped my mom with professionalism and kindness. We got exactly what we needed.

If I could give this store a zero star rating I would. I purchased a Motorola stylus 5g phone two days ago. I installed my favorite streaming apps such as peacock and HBOmax and they are stuttering when you use them. Doesn't matter what your connection is (wifi only, wifi + data, or data only). I also checked that apps were fully updated, restarted phone and checked that phone is updated and still the problem persists. I bring it back to the store and the person that attended to me assured me that the phone had no issue, that it must be the app like a device can NEVER be defective or the sim for that matter. Then she suggests they change the sim but at my cost!!! I'm like "what??!!!!" And like I told her, "so if we change the sim and it fixes the problem and proves that it is defective then why should I have to pay for the sim" her reply "because you have to pay for any sim regardless." That's just stupid. So they gave me either a defective phone or sim and I have to pay for something that I already paid for again???!! That's bull. Metro I hope you are reading this. This store SUCKS! I will never buy from you all again. Not after this experience. By the way, the store I'm referring to is 5151 #D Fairbanks Drive El Paso, TX. Avoid this store... Trust me, you'll regret it.. Sooner or later. I do.

David was very helpful. We had an issue with my son's cell phone and he was able to fix the problem on the spot. Very impressed. Go see him at the Fairbanks street location. Thanks again David!

They were nice when they wanted me to switch to metro pc, as soon as I switch and was having problems they acted like they never seen me before. The supervisor charged me more money that I wasn't supposed to pay. Called customer service and they told me they were not supposed to charge me. They obviously don't care about customer's satisfaction but money. I will not go there again.
