We got to the store around 6:45 PM and were greeted right away by Rick. We were then helped by employee NZQ444 (listed on our receipt), who assisted us with transferring our service from another carrier to Metro.
She was super friendly and patient, even though the process took a while due to some delays on Metro’s end. The store closes at 7 PM, and since it was already past closing time, we offered to come back another day—but she insisted she didn’t mind finishing up with us.
In the same visit, we were able to cancel one of our lines and successfully transfer our number over to Metro.
Overall, we’re really happy with the customer service we received.

The only issue I have with this place is that it feels like they're never open or at least feels like I've stopped by I tried to call and I never get an answer the one time I got an answer they told me to email my resume to a email and I never even got a response back. I really do hope I hear from them soon!

Not open till 7pm like the app or the door says....ran over there to pay my bill the door is locked and the guy inside draws his hand across his throat. Change your times if your gonna lock the doors early. Wasted my time. Note time on dashboard. I went up to the door at 6:45.

I like the quality of service Metro PCS has for the customers. I don't like that I went in recently to add a line and was lied to. I asked the rep how much to add line. She quoted me a dollar amount that I was sure was pro rated for the amount of time before the billing cycle. She put my receipt in bag and I was instructed to go to another store to pick up phone. When I get to the other store I saw I was charged for a speaker that I didn't authorize to purchase. Then I took home the phone to find out the sim card was missing. Now only did the lady at first store charge me for something I didn't authorize, I couldn't return it at the other sore and I had to make another trip back to the store for missing sim card. .

I was there around noon and it was locked. Hard working people outside wasted their time wanting to pay their bills and were forced to leave due to time constraints. After an hour and a half, William shows up stating they were at lunch. His female co-worker then stated in Spanish that she is going to get something to eat for both of them. Being paid not to work is unethical. Their boss should be aware of how the business is being run. What a shame.
