My husband and I went in and visited with Andres yesterday 9/7 and he was great. Most metro locations look very run down and smell bad. This location looked very well kept and clean. Andres was great very knowledgeable and was able to help resolve our issue. We walked out extremely happy. Give that man a raise he’s is a hard worker and tries really hard.

STAY AWAY. SAVE YOURSELF
IF YOU WANNA GET RIPPED OFF COME HERE. GIRL SAID SHE WAS SELLING MY DAD IPHONE 12’s TURNS OUT THEY ARE IPHONE 11’s AND THE MANAGER REFUSES TO FIX THE ISSUE. WHEN I GET HOME THEY ARE IPHONE 11’s AND I ASKED WHY SHE SAID THEY HAD NO 12s IN STOCK. MANAGER SAYS MY DAD IS A LIAR AND THEY TOLD THEM THEY WHERE GETTING IPHONE 11s. THEY DIDNT STOP THERE THEY ALSO TOLD HIM TO PICK ANY CASES FOR THE PHONES CAUSE THEY WHERE INCLUDED WITH THE PHONES BUT THEY WILL SAY THEY SAID INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THEY CHARGED 100 FOR FOUR CHEAP AMAZON CASES.
EXCELLENT EXAPLE ON MEXICANS RIPPING OFF OTHER MEXICANS
WHAT A SHAME
