Went to buy buy a iphone 14 cash Worst customer service i was in line for 1hr while 1 employee was playing on his phone and then decided to close his register not even asking me if I needed any helpwhile the other employee attend the same customer for that same 1hr i was there .I walked out frustrated without anything but lost of timeThey need better training

Stored was locked mid day, had this sign out front. I waited in my car for exactly 32 minutes and no one ever came out. Understand people need to do their business but if that’s the case schedule more people. 11/12/22 2:34pm

I don't understand how your hiring process works. There was a lady that was sitting down at the entrance on her phone and she looked bothered when we walked in and her attitude was not helpful. It did not take us more than a minute to leave. PLEASE train your employees on how customer service works.!!! Thank You!!

Worse customer service ever, the two gentleman were rude, kept interrupting me, I asked about possibly purchasing a new phone and they just pointed to where the phones were but not even bother to show me.

At the time we purchased our phones they included a tempered glass, they had none at that time so they asked us to come back later, its been over a month and after going back a few times we still dont have the tempered glass...just dont trust them if they sell you something and tell you to come back later for it, they just dont deliver what they promise.

I really enjoy the T-Mobile service system. I haven't had any problems with this company for years. I really really don't like to visit the store. The service once you get it is really good but OMG on the service time. All I wanted was to as about a case and I waited over thirty minutes before I realized the time had gone by. I finally had enough and left. In the future if I can help it, I'm really gonna do my best to stay away from having to go in any of the stores for any service unless it's absolutely necessary. It's a shame you have to make an appointment for the entire day to get 10 minutes of service.

Rude staff that apparently don't fully understand their own activation system, nor could be bothered to properly wear their masks during a rising pandemic. This is what you'll encounter at this T-Mobile location in 2020.I can't speak much to the previous experiences of customers reviewing this place way back in 2018. What I CAN tell you is that attempting to acquire a new SIM card for an unlocked device from this place was about as pleasant as passing a kidney stone.So, first...the lady is trying to figure out the Sprint side of the store system, but to no avail. It apparently wasn't working (whatever that means). Ergo, any activation attempts were futile. Now, network or system glitches I can sympathize with. Hell, I can even empathize with them, being a tech myself. What I CAN'T accept...is a clerk asking me for my old phone and, upon asking what they need from it, snapping at me with, "I'm just trying to help you, let me see your phone!".See, a phone is a very personal thing to a guy (or gal). I only wanted to know what she needed from it to maybe help further accommodate the troubleshooting process. What she couldn't be bothered to tell me was...she needed the old SIM card to see if that would work inside the new one.It didn't.Turns out, after speaking with a Sprint rep via chat, that SIM card would never be compatible with a 5G phone in a million years. A fact, I would think, a T-Mobile/Sprint employee would have some knowledge of. I'm not sure these folks can see past their own keyboard.This is only part of the reason why I wish Sprint had never merged with T-Mobile. But...it is what it is. Now the rest of us Sprint customers have to deal with THIS nonsense, I guess. I'm not sure if customer service has always been this dubious with T-Mobile. But I AM sure that this particular location is worth of 1 ostensibly service-less 5G phone out of 5. I guess the best service really DOES come from the Internet only.

I had bought a new phone elsewhere and my sim card wouldn't fit. So we went to this store and were helped right away. Adrian was very friendly and professional. When another customer came in, he acknowledged her and let her know she would be helped as soon as possible. Adrian swapped out our old sim card, helped transfer my data to the new phone and made sure the sim card worked. All in all a great experience and there was no charge for this. Very courteous and professional. Recommend highly.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who offer you great phones at great prices and unlimited service at a great price on T-Mobile's Nationwide Network. It's a no brainer! I've been using their service for over 4 years now and have absolutely no complaints. And for only $5 more a month I added Mexico calling and now enjoying their service when I cross the border to shop and eat. I especially love using my GPS on their data to find businesses and restaurants in Cuidad Juarez.

SCAMERS !!!!!! Alexae is horrible, he told me they were going to pay off my phones then a few weeks later I got a bill from my previous phone carrier stating they only paid half!!!

Best T-Mobile store in El Paso. Assistant Manager Alexae provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable. Staff helps you find what you actually need and don't try to push sales for expensive devices only. I feel very comfortable shopping here. Thanks!
