I few months ago, I got a notification that my MetroPCS transaction was correctly done at a store, immediately after, I received a notification of a successful password change on one of my crypto wallets and my email password as well. I suspected the MetroPCS notification and other unknown password changes were related. When I checked my MetroPCS account, I had a charge for more than 90$. Then, I called customer support and they told me I had a phone purchase at this store, they accepted my complain and reversed the transaction. But, the most important thing at this time is, someone in this store made a fraudulent transaction on my account and took advantage of my info stored at their system to try to steal my money.Well, today I'm having exactly the same issue (there is no evidence that the scam attempt came from this store, the MetroPCS agent did not disclose the store ID this time), but as soon as I find out which store is I will leave the same review to that store.

I’ve been with metro for so long, that very upset with the service I got today by the manager on George Dieter very rude. Was trying to get information about device and honestly I felt like she didn’t want to help me like I was totally bothering her “WoW” very very surprised .. Been with Metro for a very long time that I nor anyone would be treated that way ugh???

Terrible experience where this guys seemed pretty angry that i woke him up from the nap he was taking in the back. He then refused to only sell me a replacement phone he said the only way I could make the purchase of the phone was to buy a case and screen protector with it. He basically tried to force me to buy the screen and phone, he said it was the stores policy. I felt like I was being forced to buy something I didn't want. Terrible experience! Stay away from this location.

Cashier ID doaguilar transaction #3162343. He failed to educate me on the change policy and threw the change at me. If you are not able to communicate simple transaction policies quit your job. It would of taken him less than a minute to explain why he wasn't giving me exact change and that would of been that. But if you are so miserable at work and can't use basic social skills when interacting with customers then look for another job.
