I literally went transfer my daughters line to my line. This guy guy by the David took over an hour in the computer confused and calling what seemed to be metro headquarters more than 5 times confused.and inexperienced. After the hour wait he ended up charging me without any action done. No lines connected. The o ly action that was done was he disconnected my line which had nothing to do with what I went for. I requested a refund. That refunded cost me another 30 minutes and several more calls to Metro. VERY BAD SERVICE. That kid needs to be trained or should not be allowed to be behind the register on his own. Do not go to this metro

I arived at the location at 6 , papers say updated hours close at 6 when te website said they close at 7, both females working put theyr hands on there face and locked the door in a very rude way all i wanted was a case for my phone sale could have taken at least 30 seconds.
