I went to buy my mom a phone here on Monday and the girl was very rude disrespectful she didn’t welcome us to the store and her another guy were like if they didn’t care and she didn’t even try to recommend us a phone very rude workers

I arived at the location at 6 , papers say updated hours close at 6 when te website said they close at 7, both females working put theyr hands on there face and locked the door in a very rude way all i wanted was a case for my phone sale could have taken at least 30 seconds.

Wednesday March the 18th , 1:45 pm. The most horrible experience ever with the blonde lady that works there. I don't understand how is this place is even open. Lack of customer service skills and soft skills, I was treated like I was in a competition to see if I had money in my pockets rather that getting help for what a I needed. Total disappointment. I feel bad for people that get charge extra not knowing for what they are paying for. Smh...metro pcs this place should be shut down...
