DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THE OWNER DOESNT CARE AND ONLY WORRIES ABOUT HIMSELFNobody should work here or try to get service from this location and viscount because the owner owns these two locations he is the worst person to interact with especially his employees . He may seem like someone who cares but he will scam you and if a girl is helping you on lee Trevino she will just flirt with you if you’re a male ( have fun with that) lol. They will tell you a time but won’t be there and arrive late. Hopefully this helps anyone from wasting their time.

The only reason I have stayed with Metro is because of the store manager that works at this location. She's worked at different locations within the same company and I go wherever they move her just to get customer service from her. She does not lie to her customers and her team is always on top of things. Honestly some people are just too cheap to pay for fees and make excuses and blame the reps just to get a discount. I highly recommend this store because of the employees working here. Best service in town

I didn't think anyone was going to be able to help me with my situation, but the staff at this location were so kind and friendly and were able to figure out the problem. I am so happy with the service I received and I can honestly say that no other Metro has treated me this generous ever. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

Customer service was ok at first until he told me the activation fee was $15 then decided to say he did not recall saying that that it was $23 then member decided to then ask me for all my security questions on the account just to not have to honor what he stated I am repulsed in how much you guys lie.

Everytime you call they answer pretend they will help you then hang up, then when you call back they just ignore the call.

I showed up 10 minutes before closing time and the guy was giving me hand signals and they were not going to open the door. They should close when it is closing time not when they feel like it.

Pulled up at 7:54 and the door was already locked and the guy was giving me hand signals that they where closed and didn't open the door when the sign clearly shows they close at 8:00 pm and there open sign was still on!!!!!!

okay service, but if your going to make an email account for a customer, you could at least get the customers name right and not make it the most confusing thing ever, which can never be changed again. Also this account is tied to all the "perks" you get with your service, and that gets really annoying trying to figure out your mispelled really long email.

I went driving real far cuz it was the only open and i went there and it was closed it said closed at 10 and i went there at 9..would be nice to edit the time if it changed so it dont waist other peoples time making them know its open

Metro PCs needs to update their opening and closing times it says theyre open until 8 and its 7:10 and they're closed
