Since when have they gotten so bad. Disappointing. I'd give this location 0 stars if possible. Their employees should take a class on currency and what currency looks like. Like seriously, we've never had any problem at this location but when we tried to pay for our phone bill we were told "oh this isn't enough" (when it actually was) and on top of that it seemed like the employees have never seen coins before in their life. AND had a random person say "oh yeah that's Canadian currency" um no it's not. Notice they ALL say United States of America NOT Canada. They are ALL valid AND they are ALL $1 in coins. Do better metro! I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone. And not only do your employees need manners but they need training in customer service, attitude and what currency looks like. And the employees have a habit of keeping change from their customers whether it's coins or dollars. Please do better metro it's very disappointing. Your employees are a reflection on the company and management

Nataly Rodriguez said she would trouble shoot our internet box that we bought from them. When she did that she took our internet completely off from working with our TV. Now we can't get use of our box we are paying monthly for. She is rude and has a horrible way of talking to costumers. We are very disappointed with this whole ordeal.

Always are "open" but when we get there it's closed saying they'll be back. Then when they come back they don't even open the store, they just leave if no body is seen there.

Glad to have a metro that is close by instead of wasting money to go to a different metro that's not close by. Great service and very helpful employees

This store has been closed for over 4 hours. Whenever I come the doors are locked with no sign explaining as to why. I do not think I will be returning to metro by T-Mobile any longer.
