I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had a frustrating experience with a Metro by T-Mobile representative (ID: 0ZN62624) that I feel needs to be addressed. I was switching over from another carrier and expected some guidance during the process. Instead, the employee was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in assisting me. They rushed through the explanation, didn’t answer my questions clearly, and made the entire experience stressful and confusing.
What made matters worse was the deceptive information I was given. I was told my monthly bill would be $90 — a major reason I decided to switch. But when the first bill arrived, it was nearly double that amount, with no clear explanation. I felt completely misled, and when I tried to get clarification, I got more vague and conflicting responses.
This kind of dishonesty and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Switching carriers is already a big step, and this experience made me seriously regret my decision. I hope Metro by T-Mobile takes this kind of feedback seriously and works on improving customer service through better training, communication, and accountability.

I do not recommend this store at all since you explain your need to the ladies and they end up selling you what they want and when you want to make a refund they say that there is no refund I think I am not the only one who has similar complaints

Liars and thieves. Sold me a defective phone and the obese girl with the fake green eyes put services on my phone without my permission. She lied and said that I could not return the device when in fact I have 14 days to return the device. When I confronted her about it, she called the police on me. Don't go here! A supervisor for customer service helped me file a complaint with corporate and I will also be filing a complaint with the FCC.

Metro is not giving existing customers a lower price for upgrades they r discounting like 30 dollars of regular price time to go to another company
