I have been into this store twice to get my intermittent connectivity issues corrected. Both times, I was told I needed a new phone (my phone has a semi-cracked screen, but has been working fine until the past month). I do not want a new phone, just a working phone (my phone is only 8 months old). The clerk (a young, brunette, bespectacled man) turned my phone off, then back on the first time. The second time he removed my SIM card and then claimed he was troubleshooting. His solution both times was to buy a new phone. When I did agree to a new phone, he said it would be $69.95 and he would "throw in a case and a screen saver". When my total came to $123, my husband questioned the charges. The clerk told him that when he said he would "throw in a case and a screen saver" he meant give us a discount. My husband said "We are not spending any money here." We left, went to a different Metro-PCS store (S. Craycroft in Tucson, AZ). Amazingly, the lovely manager at that store did not even try to sell us a new phone, she did a network reset and VOILA! Problem solved. If you are looking to be sold a new phone as a solution to your connectivity issues, by all means go to the Metro-PCS at Kolb and Broadway. But if you a looking for a fix for connectivity issues, go to a Metro-PCS store where the employees know what they are doing, and are not just glorified salesmen.

I've been to several Metro Stores in town. But, as picky as I am for things. This one was the best for customer service. Granted there's a store closer to home, but what's a few blocks to get to this store. And they actually answer there phone.

Absolutely horrifying service experience at this location. I came in to switch from Cricket and was interested in one of their free phone deals. Matthew talked up the Moto G Stylus which was displayed right next to the LG Stylo 6. I obviously went with the Moto G Stylus. Well... He was so talking SO much without even letting me get a few words in that I had to cut him off multiple times and his distraction caused him to ring up the WRONG PHONE ENTIRELY. The manager Janice looks at me and goes "Well are you sure you want the Moto G Stylus?" And at that point I'm beside myself. YES I WANT THAT PHONE! JUST BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEE AND YOURSELF CANT FIX YOUR ERROR YOU WANT ME TO SETTLE ON AN ENTIRELY DIFFETENT PHONE?!! At this point they had already ran my card. Their "solution" was to throw in a measely memory card. No practical solutions were offered. No empathy or concern was displayed. It was horrible. I felt like I was a bother because of the error that THEY MADE. Never ever ever go here. Matthew is incompetent as is the "manager." More so the manager Janice. I know we're all human and Make errors but come on. This is a place of business.

Every time we come to this location to try to pay our bill they don't have internet service to receive our payment. The service is good but their customer service is terrible at least at this location.

Things were fine until one of the sales associates convinced my mother to change her phone. The guy told her that if she paid in 4 installments the phone would be payed off and he even gave us the screen protector and case as a "gift". Well now we got charged for the sixth payment, when we called the company they told us that we still had to pay $140 to finish paying for a phone that wasn't even $100 and the so called gifts were also charged. We ended up with a bill of 4 budget phones. Watch out for the sales associate Juan, he's all smiles but he's really a snake.

We went in with our mother to upgrade her phone and set up our phone lines. The guy who works there, Juan, lied to us repeatedly during the set up process. We were under the impression that we were paying for service as well as her phone upgrade. That was not the case apparently. Our mother has stage four cancer and relies on her phone to keep into contact with her nurses, doctors, and us. On Sunday we went to church and all of a sudden we could not contact her. Because of her condition, you can see why this scared us. We rushed home and found that her phone service had been disconnected. We went back to Metro and the store manager was there by herself. We explained the situation to her and she turned the phone back on and told us to come back tuesday at 10am because she couldn't get ahold of Juan and Tuesday she, juan, and the regional manager would all be there. We came to the store on Tuesday and Juan was there and both managers were not. Juan told us that it was our fault basically and that our "grandmother" (actually our mom but he kept calling her that no matter how many times we corrected him. SUPER OFFENSIVE.) would just have to pay $116 to turn on her phone again. And that he couldn't give us any manager's number because he was the one in charge and that was that. We persisted to ask to speak to the manager so he finally said he would call her and let us talk to her. Then he proceeded to help other customers and ignored us. In the end we had to leave because our mom had to be at the hospital for chemotherapy. As we were walking our of the store we heard him talking to the customer he was working with. She asked him what our problem was and he said "oh, they're just throwing a fit because they aren't getting their way." Unacceptable.
