Their exchange policy is terrible! Well they don't have an exchange policy! I bought two frames over the weekend. Buy one get one free was their sale. I went to the store to exchange one frame for another frame same price and ended up paying an extra $9. They don't do exchanges and my transaction was processed as a return since the sale was no longer in effect! It was a simple exchange! I don't understand how this is so difficult! Now I recall why I stopped coming to Michaels! First of all, they are over priced and it's not worth going through their so called sales! I will not return and don't recommend it! I will stick to Joann's!!

Placed an online order. Arrived after receiving a text message that my order was ready. Staff was not helpful. Manager was no where to be found when employees kept paging him for help. There was several customers with the same issue. We all received messages that our orders were ready and upon arrival non of the orders had been fulfilled. I had to leave after I needed to tend to family matters. When I called to speak to the manager. He was rude, not helpful, did not offer to solve the issue I encountered in store. Placed a call to corporate where they refunded my money after I chose to never do business again with Michaels and cancel the order. Please be aware of this locations horrible customer service and look elsewhere for your craft needs.
