Never had answers to what the "other fees" charged to my account were for. I turned the home back over to the previous owner, and none of the money I had in escrow for insurance and taxes was returned to me. They didn't even send me a break down of my account to show why they didn't owe me any money. Only Christine was the only helpful rep there.

Yesterday, I called to check why I could not access my online account to make a payment. I spoke to Susie. She checked my account and said I have been demanded as I was late for the month of June and July. I then asked her why I didn't receive any notices. She told me "people know what they owe. They don't need reminders". I asked to speak to a manager. She then placed me on hold without saying anything. Had a rude tone.The assistant manager answered and was nice, but never asked me what my issue was. I interrupted her, all i want to do is make a payment arrangement. She said "we cannot make any payment arrangements and you will need to pay in full." I told her, I want to pay my account. I misspoke, I didn't mean make like partial payments. I want to arrange to pay balance in full. Then she argued "but you said payment arrangements" I said, that's not what I means. I just need to know how to pay bill in full and why no one told me I was late. For a third time, she said payments are none negociatable. Now she was rude and wouldn't explain or answer my questions about making a payment in full. I asked to speak to a manager.Manager Veronica is the most vicious, dishonorable, dishonest, and corrupt manager I have ever encountered. At this point I want to file a complaint about her staff. But she was the most rude of them all. She told me, "I heard the conversation with my staff and you sir are being rude." I explained, they are not answering my questions and placing me on hold without telling me. She then responded with, "I do appreciate you speaking down to me and harassing me. I am going to tell the lender you refuse to pay what you owe. Have a good day and hung up."I called back. A very nice person answered the phone and I asked her to give me Veronica's supervisor's name and number because I want to file a complaint. She said, sure I can leave a message. Then I said, I just need the same and number. She said ok, one second. She came back after a couple minutes and said, we cannot provide that information. Victoria is the manager and handles all complaints. I said yes, but where do I file a co.plaint about the manager. Then she sounded like someone was telling her what to say on the background. She then told me, I cannot provide any information. Only Victoria can handle complaints. I said, okay thank you.So, I'm here to complain about Veronica the Manager at Mills Escrow. I hope her supervisor sees this. I will be talking to my lender and trying to figure out who owns this establishment. They need to know about Veronica's treatment of customers. If you have any information. Please let me know.

After seeing the other ratings on here, I believe Mills Escrow does not care how awful they practice business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!I will never again do business with Mills Escrow Co. I feel cheated due to them charging me for so many unnecessary services. I wish I could have avoided having them involved in this entire process. One of my fees was $75 for a letter stating my loan was coming to maturity. I know this remedial information about my loan, and did not want to pay $75 for a letter telling me the obvious. I believe a more professional company with integrity would send that kind of information as a courtesy or not at all. If someone did business with my Insurance agency I would not charge them for something as obvious as letter reminding their insurance was coming due. I find this tactic to be cheap and unprofessional.

They are the worst and most arrogant bunch of people I've ever dealt with. No wonder they lost so many contracts with property owners... They love violating contracts and are very inept when asked to do their actual job...

Very rude and shady. I had my mortgage sold to them definitely would not have picked this company on my own. I pay automatically every month. My insurance went up Priscilla calls me demanding $500 dollars from me right there. I changed insurance so it went down but they still wanted $500 dollars from me until I called my insurance agent who called them and got it resolved to $250 but I believe and my insurance agent believes my monthly payment should have just gone up with appropriate notice. It's very shady and the people who work here are rude.

Mills escrow company did an amazing job for me and also helped my son Susie helped me alot finding papers i needed without her help i would have had a major problem Maria also helped alot i would recommend this business I would do business with them always They were always there to help

Made my parents believe that they were helping and cared about them and their situation but it's impossible to get out of this contract because they don't report the last 5 years of payments. They make it a burden due to requirement to hand deliver payment and they won't accept early payments. Will be consulting for help on the behalf of my parents to getting away from this company. Beware they take advantage of the elderly.

I have been calling them to solve a problem with my account but so far haven't been able to they just give me the round around tell me it is solved but it is not and if you try to ask more questions they hang up on you

I have been using Mills for 4 years as a lender. I have been happy with their service. Yes there has been bumps in the road but overall they deliver!

Staff lacks professionalism, they're very rude, they act like if they're doing you a favor for everything/anything and they always give you wrong info. If
they don't want to deal with you or they problem they have created, they will hang up on you without a care before you even finish your sentence.

Very poor customer service!! They have just become thieves!! They now steal 1/2 of all late payment penalties. This is outrageous in that I did not agree to this when I used their service. If they wish to have this as a policy, it should be for new business and agreed to by the customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
