I’ve called over 15 times since 4:50pm to get a status on my mini. They said they would call to update me on when I could pick it up and would let me know in time for me to make the 4 hour drive to go pick it up and now I will be without a car for over a week due to their laziness, and inability to return a simple phone call.

Judy hung up on me. We were discussing service on my 2018 Minicooper Countryman w on going issues. Was shocked when she hung up abruptly. I have Assurant insurance. She didnt seem interested. interestedned I had Assurant extended warranty

This is the worst possible place to get your mini serviced. I recently took my mini they cracked my windshield and not even management wanted to do anything about it. The mileage is different from when I left it there to when I picked it up. I wanted to buy a new mini but just because of the bad service I think I should trade it in with some other company. I asked to see the cameras and they claim to have no cameras. Miniusa if you see this message they are giving you a bad representation for your company. I only put one star because it will not let me post but I would give 0 stars .

This place has the worst customer service. People who work here are unwilling to help and treat you like if they are doing you a favor.

There’s only one thing I can say customer service is a nightmare and not even that I called them and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and nobody gets back to me. Terrible terrible place. I wish you never broke down on your mini like I do, and it’s a nightmare to fix it with these people I take it to an auto shop.

They spilled brake fluid on my wife's cars finish denied doing it, refused to fix it, and were extremely rude and verbally abusive. Worst bunch of people it's ever been my displeasure to deal with. Horrible people.Service: Brake service & repair

This place is not what the reviews state! Who is the owner of this place? I would seriously want to have a serious talk with them. You have yiur mechanic whom is also the manager and takes forever to fix and do any repairs! I’m definitely not happy at all with this place! You all need new mechanic!

My wife and I brought in our Mini to have a recurring warning message addressed. The staff were very pleasant and had us in and out in no time. I would have given the Service Department 5 stars if they had a fast charger onsite for my electric vehicle.

Brought my Mini Countryman in for an odd issue that was diagnosed by another mechanic who didn't feel comfortable tackling the job. It was a pricy fix but it's been two weeks and so far so good. The staff is friendly and professional, very communicative. Thanks again!

Much different level of customer service. Called service dept. to inquire about a service package; person on other end of phone seemed as though they did not want to help, completely indifferent. Folks seemed friendlier at BMW/Mini :-(

Ive called twice, left 2 voicemails (one last week, one today) also tried scheduling online with service department 3 weeks ago. Apparently these people don’t want my money/business.Maybe it’s just me but if you’re looking to get a service done on your mini you might want to try somewhere else.

In July, parts were ordered over the phone by a family member of mine for my car since I was attending a funeral. The dealership staff claim that over the phone they mentioned that parts were non-refundable. That is not the case. Please review your recorded phone conversations. We were not aware of this policy and were not told of this over the phone. There is a lack of communication going on with this dealership. We aren't use to this type of mini service. Is it because this location is new? We would like to speak to the owners (Garcia's?). Thank you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO SELL A CAR.THERE IS NO SALES PERSON AT MINI, THE “SALES PERSON” DOESN’T KNOW ANYTHING. HE HAS TO BE ASKING ALL QUESTIONS TO ANOTHER PERSON TO GET AN ANSWER FOR THE CUSTOMER.NO OFFICE WHERE YOU CAN SIT AND DISCUSS DIFFERENT OPTIONS.ZERO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER, NOT EVEN A CALL. ONLY TEXT MESSAGE TO GET A RESPONSE AFTER 1-2 HOURS.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY ONLY RUN YOUR CREDIT AND THEY DON’T HELP YOU AT ALL. AND THEY DON’T CALL YOU NEVER AGAIN.PEOPLE WHO ARE “WORKING” THERE ARE JUST HIDING IN AN OFFICE THEY DON’T COME OUT AND SEE IF YOU NEED HELP WITH A CAR.-SERVICE DEPT-VERY GOOD TREATMENT FROM CHRIS AND JUDYTHEY ARE THE ONLY TWO EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS.THEIR PRICES INCREASED
