I have experienced top notch service on several occasions at MPG Tire and Auto. Twice they have saved me from being stranded, and worked on my car the minute I brought it in - without an appointment. Love your work, Raul and team!

This place is the worst service I have experienced . I dropped off my car at 1 pm and picked it up at 4:45 pm and my oil was never changed ! We had to wait 4 hrs before I Tok my keys and went somewhere else .

Went there for the first time for a tire balance and Raul the Service Manager received me very professionally and took care of my car really good. Totally recommend and I'm definitely coming back if I have another issue with any of my vehicles.

The staff are helpful, honest, and awesome at what they do! Go to MPG! THEY WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS!I use MPG as my go to place to get work done on my 2010 F150 Crew cab. They can fix anything that needs repair on my truck.It's 2024, and MPG on George Dieter 79936 is the place I go to keep my truck in awesome condition.

These people are complete CLOWNS. If you have a complex repair like a water pump do NOT take your car here. January 2022 my water pump blew on my 2010 Chevy HHR. They charged me right around $2,200 and the only other thing they did besides exchange the water pump was flush the brake fluid. I took it home and the water pump was still leaking. I took it back and they fixed it, they said an o-ring got pinched during installation. So they gave me the car back. IT HAD HUGE SCRATCHES IN THE HOOD OF THE CAR. WHY in hell would they give me the car back with huge scratches in the hood? One of the employees said that the hood must have been up when they raised it on the lift and it hit something. So I had to take it back a THIRD time. They did send it out to a body shop and had the hood painted. Now, two years later, my water pump is leaking again! It's under warranty.......MPG gives you a lifetime warrany on a water pump if you take it back to them once a year for a coolant flush. But the last thing I want to do is let these CLOWNS touch my car again. It is currently at another shop which I have come to trust to service both my HHR and 2001 Silverado. This shop is charging me $1,250 for the exact same job (R&R water pump, brake fluid exchange) that MPG wanted just under $2,200 for. MPG Automotive is unprofessional and will rip you off any way they can. At least I know that at Jay's Automotive the job will be done right and at a reasonable price.
