Above and beyond service. I would recommend them 10 times over. Efficient, quick and thorough. A grateful grandmother from North Carolina. My Black Altima was able to cover the miles back due to Mark and his team. Truly appreciate you and your team.

I was involved in a small auto collision June 29th that caused the following damage to my 2020 Evoque (pictures attached): passenger front and rear passenger doors, front passenger wheel. Land Rover recommended NAPA Collision, claiming they used the same shop. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 4-6 weeks. On more than a few occasions, I received "updates" about parts missing, being expected on a certain date (only to be told they're not in yet), or that new parts altogether are needed.More than two months later, still no car. The latest update (yesterday, August 24):- the bumper I was told would be in August 21 is not in. It arrived in the US, which is what they must have meant when they said it would be in the 21st>- additionally, they also need to order another wheel. Apparently that damage was no apparent in the last two months.- No idea when all parts will be here, but hopefully I'll have an update this weekend...a line I've heard at least twice before.Maybe this collision center works great for Land Rover and other dealerships, but (in my experience) hardly for the individual.

I highly recommend doing business with Napa Collision, the staff is very professional and attentive. I haven't received this level of service from a business in a very long time. Thank you for taking the time to repair my vehicle.

I give Mark and the shop personnel 5 stars. They will do whatever it takes to ensure that the customer is satisfied to include redoing your paint job. Some of the errors were so unbelievable that they were actually comical but the they didn't think twice about fixing it and my vehicle is now as good as new.

Had my car towed there bout two weeks back decided to let my car insurance take over so we had to move my vehicle to another lot NAPA charged me 700 dollars to hold it there for a day with the tow charge and 500 dollars for an administrative paperwork fee... >> This wasn't even the worst part during that one day on their lot some of my high dollar items in my vehicle went missing mysteriously i would never recommend this place to anyone.
