I had a very good experience at national self storage at 2900 Lee Trevino Dr in El Paso Texas. The site manager Adriana was very helpful and polite. Such a nice person. Congratulations to national self storage for having such professional and upstanding people.

Your belongings will be ruined here. Everything will be covered in dirt. It’s very disappointing and sad actually I had my life in that storage unit. My tv and 2 art canvas were stolen and I was told ‘no one has access to our unit except us’. There’s no physical locks just a Bluetooth thing you have to use. I also had many problems trying to open the storage unit every time I needed to get into it. Everything is on an app so if your phone dies or the storage lock doesn’t want to cooperate you will not be able to access YOUR stored things.
Because of me leaving some ruined items, I was told I could not close the account and I owe 50$. YOUR STORAGE UNIT RUINED MY BELONGINGS. You ruined my personal items and then I have throw them away? No ma’am. Losing them was pain enough. It was bad. I opened the door and there was a thick blanket of dirt covering everything in my unit. Ceremonial items (Native American Church), art work, my children’s baby items. My belongings, my precious personal items were unrecognizable. I could’ve created a weatherproof tent in the desert and it would’ve protected my things better than this facility. Insurance? I don’t have receipts for a tv bought 4 years ago.
Don’t get fooled.
I promise you will have a better experience literally anywhere else.

Adriana provides great customer service always answer any question,she is very polite always with a smile. Any issues I have with my unite like battery replacement or need a new light bulb she take care of it quickly. The National Self Storage on Lee Traveno has agreat site manager.

The storage unit, although supposedly climate controlled, was full of dirt when I rented it. They blew it out for me, and I put all of my clean belongings in the storage unit. When I went back to leave some other items, my unit was covered in dirt. That’s not what I call climate controlled. There was no insulation at all at the bottom of the door to keep the dirt out. I immediately looked for other climate controlled units that were newer, cleaner, and actually climate controlled.
I do not recommend these storage units.

Awful customer service and terrible rates. I started being charged 38 dollars for a 5x10 unit and not even a year later and they raised it to 50 dollars and their excuse is always the damn same “insurance, insurance insurance”. When I called to ask why it was increased and why i wasn’t even notified the receptionist was argumentative and beaurocratic. Couldn’t even give me a straight answer as to why it did or why I wasn’t even notified. Just kept repeating the same information on the invoice and when I asked for a supervisor just put me on hold for 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time with these people cuz they’ll just rip you off.
