I rented a 5'x10' unit for over a year. It was my first time using keyless entry which is pretty convenient (no doubt I would have forgot my keys a couple times) The batteries to the electronic lock died once when I stopped by to grab some things. I called the front office and the lady took care of it immediately. Closing the account was easy too, I just swept my unit. Left the door open and the lady in the office closed my account in a few minutes. Definitely recommend, just take a look at their hours since you can't access the units 24/7. ?

Great place to store your belongings. I've had my stuff stored there for many years with no problems. This place now has electronic secured locks that run off an app. Very convenient!

The young lady was super sweet and VERY helpful. She went out of her way to help me figure out how to open my unit without me asking her. She deserves a raise!!

The cleanliness of the property has taken a nose dive.I've had a unit here for years and over the last year, ive noticed trash accumulating everywhere, grass and weeds and a lack of maintenance. The young lady that used to work there always had the property well maintained and clean. Not sure whats happened to management but very dissappointed. These units aren't cheap for the property to by in the sorry state it is in now. Looking to move, as soon as possible.

I had the best experience with Salyna Ortiz at the Lee Trevino location. She is very knowledgeable & respectful. She answered all my questions, reassured me that it was safe to store my belongings there, and she even walked me through the process of using the app to open & close the gate & my unit. Using a keyless app to open the gate, my unit, and even share temporary access to my friends and family is an added convenience especially since Salyna explained how it works and how secure it is. I highly recommend getting a unit here if you need extra space to store your belongings.

Great facility. Secure. But not able to get access over the late night hours. Which makes it difficult at times. Friendly staff.
